When i became a empty nester I also wanted to make a career change. Travel nursing has been the best decision ever, I love it. The recruitment process was seamless and the recruiter was very informative and accessible. When you arrive at any new contracted facility you will receive a involved orientation that pairs well with your vast work experience. The workplace culture is amazing but if I ran into any difficult situations, the contracted facility management as well as Spectrum Accountable Care are there to help me navigate that challenge. The best part of working for Spectrum Accountable Care is they are extremely flexible with scheduling with helps a great deal while treating you like family. I have been an employee for over 6 year and the experience has been amazing!

This company does not care about the patients. Staff and patients come last, only focused on bottom line. As a healthcare company, patients should come first. But SAC is unprofessional and I would not recommend working for this company until there is a change in management. The company does not care about employee rights, most of the time staff were unable to take a lunch break and would not get paid the penalty per HR law. If staff said something about it, supervisor would terminate employee. And the last item, was hired as a full time employee and was lucky to get 4 shifts a month. Complete misrepresentation of job description.

I have been doing travel nursing for many years. Never have I once come across a company that does not pay per the contract they have you sign. They shorted me my bonus or my per diem. When I called payroll to inquire about it I was told this is how they do it. Well Las vegas ( where the company is) must abide by a different set of rules because not one of the many agencies I've worked for have ever done this to me.
They were also paying $300 less than other agencies at the same facility for the same job.

I have had a wonderful experience working for Spectrum. It has allowed me to increase my earnings and connect with recruiters who truly appreciate and value me. They not only express their gratitude through words but also take care of me by providing meals when we meet. I am truly grateful for the amazing Spectrum recruiters who understand the hard work I put in.

A fantastic company to work for, with amazing teammates. I absolutely love working for Spectrum, and completely enjoy the freedom I have to grow. Of course I have not worked here years like most of my fellow employees, but hope that I continue on the journey I am on. 

The hospital /assignment is wonderful. Spectrum- not so much. Base Pay is peanuts compared to other agencies. No hazard pay, no PTO, no bonuses. Management is disconnected from staff. Questions go unanswered. HR is not responsive. Will sell you the moon to start, then doesn’t acknowledge your existence if they can help it. There are better agencies with better managers paying loads more.

Great hours with great pay.  Work environment can at times be stressful. Two week long training before you begin job was helpful.  I was part of the float pool so everyday was very different.  I enjoyed working with the adult population, but not the adolescents.  Co-workers had my back in a take down situation.  Most of the unit managers were great except for the Geriatric Units.  

This company had a great disguise in the interview process but it took a huge turn once hired. They were not prepared for the job position they were looking to hire for. Then eventually they'll waste your time. They like to keep their friends and family close and let go anyone who threatens that tight knit dynamic.

I have been with spectrum for about a year and a half and just recently signed a new contract at the same place.  I love my work experience and the ones I work for are very supportive and are always a quick response when I reach out to them.  Spectrum has made me feel like a valuable employee.  I appreciate this company and all that it has to offer!

Spectrum accountable care offered adequate training and advancement when I played my role as a Sorcerer/recruiter.. I appreciated all the hands on training and the resources provided in order for me to do my job efficiently.
