What is the best part of working at the company?
With some time put into all the hours make it feel like your life has been quite busy so as the time with days feel busy and busier you will have to put more and have to get busy because that’s all it is as long you busy you have the job right in your time and you always know when you make more and more till you continue to be more busy and busier as your getting the more that life is good so get busy is very mostly important to making it more comes your life put together once you’ve been busy your time has been hard to become something when you feel like you’re not busy up and doing something 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
That was amazing experience would have loved to get tips in anything and someone was nice to genuinely make me work for tips 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Economic with the justifications needs more people to be welcomed into society 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I’m welcomed I loved it over ther I feel like so warm I feel as if it was very welcoming and cozy for me to be inside the comfort of people making friends with me people felt as it was in being a part of it was so neat I love it

All I can say is get ready for whatever when it comes to this position and people …  If you’re looking for a place for advancement, real support, and honest people this definitely isn’t the place for it. The best part of the position was meeting new people and building a real relationship with the residents and the families, it even assisted me with landing a better job by building great relationships with other companies so use that to your advantage! This was the perfect job to give me some experience and also what to look for when it comes to management and corporate based positions. When it comes to paperwork, make sure you document and keep everything in order for yourself, things will constantly change and sometimes the communication lacks and you’ll most likely be at fault for whatever mistake that has been made regardless if you were aware or not. If you’re willing to work hard for the bare minimum and you’re comfortable with just “ filling a position “, this just may be perfect for you. 

I been working in this building for 14 years, but manger under Spring Oak for 2 years. Throughout my time here, I have learned so much about leadership, teamwork, compassion and providing quality care for my residents. A typical day can be busy, but rewarding knowing that we as a team at Spring Oak are making a difference in the lives of others. Spring Oak has given me opportunities to continue to grow professionally and personally. The management team is very supportive, and the  workplace culture feels like family. I enjoy working alongside a group of great people who truly cares about the residents and each other. One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is helping residents feel comfortable, safe  and cared for every day. Overall , I'm grateful to be part of  a team that is dedicated to excellent resident care. 

I started in the facility when it was Noble senior living and through the transition and from my experience is was a complete 180. Spring Oak has changed how I feel about my job and has a different outlook of things and the importance of the elderly population. I take pride in my job as the Wellness Director and enjoy each day I am there. Of course we all have stressful days but it melts my heart when a resident comes up to you and tells you that they love you and appreciate everything you do for them. That's what keeps me going.

A typical day at work would consist of you not know whether your on the cart or on the floor until you get there and look at the paper. You are not rotated on the floors. You are put where your put out of favoritism or based on how you work or which medtech likes you. You can’t get in the med room for months, even if you get certified through their pharmacy..it’s literally months and months of excuses on why you haven’t had your training days yet. You cannot grow here!

A day at work is not having help , med techs not wanting to pass meds on time , someone getting hurt daily , staff on their phone all the time instead of working , other staff complaining to help, you have to stay over if someone don’t show up for their shift even if you can’t cover it, daily meetings all the time about the same things, residents hitting you and biting you. Management barely able to work with you to fix problems , schedules, management acts like they don’t know what they are doing.

The coworkers were by far the best part of working at spring oak

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Inconsistent and non-response corporate. Big words, little action. 
Fake praise when given. 
Fake family culture. 
False amenities 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Locally fine. Corporate was disappointing at best

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Rewarding. Busy and fun. I loved my day to day job

The staff and residents are why I continue to work here and mgt. The residents and family are awsume

There really isn't much stress as a maintenance director. You have good and bad days mostly good ones

Very good every one is a part of the team

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in check on housekeeping and laundry walk my building to see if I need to repair anything a lot of touch up painting ang painting rooms

I was at my previous employer for 8 years; I joined the Spring Oak family in August of 2024. I was excited to start something new and bring my talent to a growing company. My leadership team demonstrates the core values that truly algins with who I am as a person. I am truly thankful I cross paths with Spring Oak!
