Working as a Registered Nurse in this position has been both rewarding and challenging. The team environment is supportive, and collaboration between nurses, providers, and ancillary staff creates a strong foundation for quality patient care. I’ve had the opportunity to grow clinically and professionally while managing a diverse patient population. The pace can be fast and demanding, especially during high census days, but it has sharpened my time management and critical thinking skills. Leadership has been approachable and responsive to feedback, which makes a difference in day-to-day morale. One of the highlights of this role has been the opportunity to educate patients and advocate for their health, which aligns with my personal passion for patient-centered care. While there are areas for improvement, such as staffing consistency, overall this role has been an invaluable experience that has prepared me for greater responsibility and advanced practice roles.

One of the worst hospitals I’ve ever worked for,the staff and HR team are the worst at. They over work you and under pay you,they don’t care about your personal life or health they will literally schedule you for 14hr shifts 7days a week an still schedule you to work the 8th day. I worked two weeks straight no off day an the head people did nothing about it,the managers micromanaged me the entire time even waited outside of the restrooms when I had to go

Great company to work for regarding advancement within the hospital.  Supervisor are adequately reliable in assisting individual staff as need with their job description.  However due to consistently turnovers, the hospital staff are trained for different departments to give help as needed within other departments regularly.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There was no best part. Understaffed, always out of supplies, undertrained yet always downstaffing and couldn’t get hours.

Being understaffed and worried mistakes would be made.

I was bullied at work and it was allowed

Panic attack, crying in the bathroom, caffeine caffeine caffeine and more crying

Family oriented. Feeling a part of job and staff was excellent to work with

Understaffed. Sometimes you had shortages with techs

Excellent work environment. Staff helped each other out

I worked nights any they were great, because there is teamwork

Lack of communication between physicians and nurses and poor paging system

Very stressful mostly because of lack of staffing, supplies and communication gaps between case management and nursing

The most unsafe hospital I have ever worked at. A very small handful of talented staff, the rest under trained with a completely inept management team. I escaped as soon as possible to a properly run corporation. Think I am kidding? Managers handed out ACLS cards with no class...I could only guess it was better for their  year end to not have to pay us to sit in the class.
I wouldn't refer a single person if sick to this place. Shameful......

Working with five patient and very good communication skills and techs. I enjoyed most of my days there.  Staff is very helpful and appreciative. The hours are great, and staff worked together to get job done.  Hardest part of the job was getting attached to patients and then discharging them.  Most enjoyable part of job was working as a team when emergencies arose
