Work long hours- get treated like garbage, don’t expect to get taken seriously. Don’t ask for stability in any way unless you are firmly planted up the butt of the supervisor. Don’t expect to be thanked for working 60+ hour weeks because nobody else will work. Overall horrible experience and if you do end up sick because of your atrocious schedule and inability to get to the doctor then you will be called several times when you call off because you cannot literally breath. This was only in one department- I know the supervisors over nursing and PCAs and externs were amazing and treated staffing well, do not expect good things if you want to work in lab.

When I left to go home for the day.

Working in general at st Claire is extremely stressful due to poor management 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Chaos, egg shells, mind numbing insanity and definitely not worth it. You can work for a better hospital 30 minutes away. I did!

Get to work and wonder why I haven’t left this place yet.

Benefit package is good and affordable

Unrealistic expectations from management and environment is very hostile

Extremely hostile and stressful.

This place absolutely does not care about any of their employees! All they do is run around talk about everyone and treat employees horrible. You do not get paid enough for the work you do and everyone there looks down on housekeeping 

Coercive management tactics, no respect for employees, Machiavellian style leadership, uses gaslighting tactics to remove employees. Lessons learned , do your job as best you can, stay out of the limelight, never share your goals, it will be the end in that aspect

Central Transport is very nice job when it comes to starting out in the medical field. You learn something new everyday and meeting the patients is the best part. The pay is very unfair though we do a lot for the hospital and don't get paid enough I feel.

The family approach and concern for workers and residents.

Trying to care for all the residents.

Leadership is absolutely terrible and will treat you like scum of the earth. They do not respect boundaries, your time off, or you. I had the most miserable time working there and would never go back. 

Being a secretary at the hospital was fine. The direct supervisor was great. Understaffed, but whose not? Other management of other departments weren't great. I felt for the nurses and how overworked they were. Pay was low. 

Overworked and used like you do not even matter. If their doctors put you off work you get terminated after so many misses. It’s ridiculous. Valid points of employees do not matter whatsoever.
