Covid gave it life and a lot of contracts, but then decisions made after the "boom" were obviously wrong, considering the many rounds of layoffs and the inability to recover since. 
I think owners had good intentions with the Employees, but at the end of the day, it didn't translate due to bad management decisions. 


I left a great job because I was looking for more growth. This company portrays themselves to be growing and full of opportunities, but in the 8 months I worked there they fired groups of people 4 different times. They changed the pay structure significantly just a few weeks after I started. They are very unorganized and just very selfish. They don't care about any of their new hires. Seems like they just hire experienced recruiters so they can bring their travelers and then fire them and give the new revenue to tenured recruiters. I was told I was doing a great job but quit since I didn't believe anything they said. They had blindsided to many people, and I didn't want to be one of them. Don't leave a steady job for Stability. 

 A typical day started with a meeting; the training was very unorganized. We were trained on a new system that was not functioning properly. Little involvement with management, my direct manager went on vocation a couple of days after we were put into his group. We were supervised by new and old recruiters that were not always knowledgeable and had their own candidates to place. The hardest part of the job was the company had bad leads and didn't own the job listing. Has a small footing in the healthcare staffing space. They changed the commissions rates a work after hiring.

Working for Stability affords me flexibility and high job satisfaction.  The environment is supportive and goal driven and everyone has shares the same goal of supporting our Nurses during their assignment with transparent communication and by creating long lasting genuine relationships.

The benefits are solid, the PTO time is generous for internal employees and our traveling nurses and there is always someone willing to help accomplish whatever your goal is.

Workload is challenging so not for the those that don't want to be challenged.  Clearly all companies want to work on items and building a better culture and more organized structure are points being focused on when we have so much growth year or year.

I have enjoyed watching Stability grow and mature in my two years with the company.  While it has not been without obstacles, the company has done so much to improve the employee experience and the benefits they offer.  I am so excited to see the way they continue to grow.  I genuinely enjoy what I do and who I work with every day and knowing this company is truly committed to our clinicians makes that even more rewarding.

What is the best part of working at the company?
My recruiter has made my  experience with Stability Healthcare a great one! He has always been available to resolve any issues and making sure of the resolution. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Fortunately I have not had to stress over working with Stability team, they have always managed any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

I thought I was working at a company that actually cared about me. I did meet some incredible people while I was there. I was really happy to work there until several teams worth of people were unceremoniously kicked to the curb by email. It took several hours before we heard directly from management. No communication from senior leadership. They let go close to 20% of the workforce just to then post on social media about their growth. For a company that boasts transparency, they sure are lacking in it.

Great place to work! Good training and help from management/ other people within the company. Compensation is fair and work/life balance is good. Haven't met anyone at the company that has a bad attitude. 



This is overall a great company to work for. They are really dedicated to helping their employees and want them to succeed. They always call to check in to see if you are ok, and to find out how the assignment is going. The only downside which isn't their fault is the facility where I'm working has cut our pay tremendously and this company has and is trying to find a resolution to this problem. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone interested.
