I only had 2 assignments with Staffing Solution.  The best and longest was with AirGas Corporation.  If I had been looking for a permanent position I would love to work here.  The people that work here love there jobs and management is very good.  When I started the job they were 3 months behind in there filing of delivery records, time sheets, and employee info.  It took me a few weeks to get them caught up, however, once I did I was able to keep the filing on point.  I also went back to ship out the above information to be archived in another state.

Staffing Solutions has been easy to work with; my position is generally through firms that specialize in consulting for specific hospital electronic medical records in the financial aspect.  This was the first time I had worked through an employment agency for a consulting position.  Overall Staffing Solutions have been supportive of carrying out the needs we have between employer and employee.

A wonderful, inclusive environment 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There really wasn’t a stressful part of my experience here 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very collaborative and inclusive. Everyone jumped in to help others when needed

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My days were fairly routine - typically no fires to put out.

I worked for Staffing Solutions originally in 2012 on a contract position for roughly 8 months.  I am now on a short 2-4 month assignment.  The recruiters are great!  The pay is above my expectations even though it is only for a couple months, I do my best on each assignment so when one assignment may end, the recruiters will source me for new positions.  You are paid weekly which is very nice.  Absolutely no negative  issues working for them. 

I was given the opportunity to work with many clients, serving their staffing needs and was able to be successful because I had the necessary autonomy to utilize my skills and abilities for the greater needs of the clients.  I also was given many new opportunities to learn and grow.  Certainly added to my professional success later in my career.

President & Managers are very kind and understanding, willing to assist at anytime, all have an open door policy and geniunly care. Very accomodating to individual situations, willing to provide additonal training and help to any employee when needed. Very family oriented company.

It's easy to land a position once you receive an interview. After, that they were pretty good about giving me any updates of jobs that were available. I would caution anyone going through a temp agency to take the initiative and call the agency every week. They are not the ones that are looking for a job.

I enjoyed my tenure working for Staffing Solutions Enterprises. Great booking staff . They always kept me working in great venues and at a liveable wage. Descriptions of  job responsibilities were always accurate and I knew what to expect once I got there.

I had a pretty good working experience with them. I would recommend to anyone looking for placement rather quickly and jobs that pay fairly decent hourly wages.

They were very flexible. No more different from any other agency. It is what to be expected from the moment you walk into a work establishment. Do your assignment. Do it well, possible full time employment.
