Advice to Management
Let go of the LC leadership and restore the department to the enjoyable environment it once was. Both the CLO and the CCO are destroying the department, and someone in the senior management needs to control them. But unfortunately, the negativity has become so extreme that it feels irreversible.





Worked collaboratively to prepare quarterly narratives and fund write-ups and annual reports for both Internal and External funds.  Analyzed financial statements and reports from Limited Partners to assess health of existing investments.  Provided excel modeling for existing portfolio investments with Limited Partners.

The company has a great work-life balance and solid working culture, but lack of management is holding the company back from excelling. The company is introducing new software and analysts should have some experience coding or other tech background.

They rope you in on gaining exposure to VC - but most of the work you do as an Analyst is data entry/tedious process work. Analysis is made inefficient due to outdated resources. Training/onboarding is almost nonexistent. Upper management jokes about the high turnover.

This is a very good place to work, especially as an intern. Daily tasks are always different. On the first day I was thrown into the fire and had a meeting with a $1billion fund.

Great growing fund with upward mobility. Great opportunity to develop Microsoft suite skills, especially excel. Management is more than willing to assist in the new hires with any questions.

Day to day covered remote locations and local support of users and servers. had some issues with one internal manager. Still nice place to work.

The company has a great entrepreneurial spirit and is a great place to grow. Not a lot of forward movement if you do not have a  degree.  Comps are below market if you're not on one of the asset teams. 

Very genuine people who have a good work ethic but also a positive work attitude. Even when deal flow picked up, people's attitudes always seem to remain very positive.
