My typical workday begins with a quick in person check in with all supervisors to inquire if they have any needs/issues.  It is important to me that staff feel supported and know they have a voice. Each team member has access to me as well as the CEO/Owner. Because our agency is run in a boutique like fashion and we choose to remain relatively small so we can maintain high quality of care, we operate like a family. Patient/families/staff have regular access to clinicians, support staff and management.  We regularly implement progressive changes to better patient care and because we are housed under 1 roof there is very little delay in addressing matters quickly due to red tape/corporate structure, etc.  Everyone pitches in and helps others. This means that supervisors will wipe down high touch surfaces as do schedulers. The environment is positive, and we lean on each other frequently for support and humor.

Everyone who works at Sterling Care is a team player and there to help one another. We all try to work together not only for the best of our patients, but also to make a great work environment.
