From my position overseeing the directors who lead our Community Care Managers, I have a unique vantage point on the full spectrum of care delivery. A typical day involves providing strategic support, ensuring operational alignment, and empowering leaders at every level to uphold our commitment to resident-centered care. I’ve learned the value of strong, empathetic leadership and the importance of building a culture that holds both accountability and compassion at its core.

Our on-site Community Care Managers are exceptional, they lead with heart, skill, and resilience. Our caregivers are the foundation of what we do, and their quality of service directly drives resident satisfaction. The culture across our communities is collaborative, purpose-driven, and mission-aligned. Long hours are part of the role, but if you put in the work, it returns in dividends, both professionally and personally.

The hardest part is balancing high-level oversight with the need to stay connected to the day-to-day realities on the ground. But the most rewarding part is seeing teams grow, succeed, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents and their families. It’s a privilege to lead in an environment where care, quality, and people truly matter.

We had a great team.We all had are specialties and jobs but all worked together as one. It was ever hard to work there because if things were difficult we always pitched in to help each other. If one didn't know how to do something another one did and would teach the other so the next time the other one could do it. This was done in a non threatening way and we all learned and became better to serve our community for it. This is what you get when you have people that have worked in the profession and community for many years including the doctors. We want to do the best for our patients and we will do everything we can for them and we did that, including our office.

Very nice place to work. I didn't want to leave. Loved the people and the management. Everyone was like family. They really care for their employees especially the ones who work hard and love what they do.
