Worst worst company 😡😡cleaners working for them. But they can't backup for their cleaners. Salary, OT money all cheating. Basic only $416. Now covid19 Suncity cleaners all we're stuck in Singapore, no housing. Suncity no provide an accommodation for cleaners. All self manage.MOM take over of dormitory people only. How bout us? Nobody backup for us. We earning less salary, need to pay room rental, send money to Malaysia, mrt money, food money all self manage. Tats why we do OT and working 16hours. Other side of company like ISS cleaners, they have alot benefits. Their company so caring about theirs cleaners. Suncity should learn how take care of cleaners from ISS company. Shame on you Suncity 😡😡selfish management. MOM should take an action on Suncity.

People better don't enter to Suncity company. You will just waste your life. I had a worst experienced from this company. So please be clever go find other side. Here no use working. How many years u working also, you will no get any facilities or benefits. No increments, no medical, please don't waste your time and energy.

They throw you a bunch of sweet nothing’s especially for people that they feel really need work at the moment. If you’re getting into yard jockey (move trailers around the yard and service the warehouse with trailers) they are going to work you like a horse with no name.. no set time to come in but when you do, you’ll work until they’re done with you. You can easily end up with 65+ hrs after 4 - 5 days. They have two yard trucks, both with no a/c. One of them is gonna explode due to old age and being over worked. If you use the tractor for export (moving container trailers), you’re screwed. Their all overloaded and your arms will give way. Now.. If you’re lining up to be a route driver, good luck as well. Routes varies and you’ll come back thinking you’re done for the day until they hit you with the “can you do me a favor and run this emergency trip for me?” Everyday can’t be an emergency bro. They don’t care what you have going on in your life at the time. You’re only considered a hero as long as you do whatever they pull out the a**, which never gets wiped. The tractors and box trucks are on their last few runs due to sorry maintenance. I mean good luck, if you wanna make your little money then be my guest. Its a start but not for the long run.

What is the best part of working at the company?
GREAT PAY, 401K, HEALTH BENEFITS! MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND IS A BONIFIED $#@*-SHOW SINCE A NEW VP STARTED WORKING THERE 💪.  DONT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT ANY KIND OF PERSONAL BUSINESS OR THEIR PLACES OF BUSINESS THAT YOU MAY DELIVER TO AND YOU'LL BE O.K. THEY FIRED ME AFTER BEING THERE 6 FULL YEARS ON SOME HERESAY OF 1 NON-EMPLOYEE! OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT VALUE TENURE AND PROFESSIONALISM AS THEY HAVE BEFORE! STAY AWAY IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. DONT TRY AND MAKE FRIENDS THERE. THEY'LL BACKSTAB YOU AND YOU'LL BE FIRED While they stay employed.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Used to be great until they hired a new VP. If he doesn't like you; you are doomed and can forget about a great prosperous future retirement. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pick up load twice per week between 1400-1600;drive 700mi and drop load off at other satellite location in SC

Assist the HR director and the administration in every aspect of human resources by responding to any mail queries of internal and external customers.
* Filing, spreadsheets, reference checking, invoicing, and issuing of letters, contracts tracking
* Maintaining the department office area in an organized and professional manner Support the department implementing training and development programs to ensure optimal company-wide performance.
* Providing administrative guidance, support, and coordination in the preparation of correspondence, reports, confidential materials, 
* Effective application of policies, procedures and various employee issues 
* Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
* Handling of Workman’s comp case and accident for the Co.

I started Sun City back in 2017 with performing local route deliveries that were tough(Usually 5-7 stops) with a pick-up afterwards. My start time was usually 0500 and I usually got off around 1500 with the pick-up and around noon without. After doing this for approximately a year I advanced to running out of state loads which paid more. To this day now that's all I do with 2 out of state loads and a return pick-up with a route on Saturdays. Very satisfied with rate of pay and 401k contributions. They match 5%. The rumour has it that they are installing cameras inside their trucks to see what your doing when driving. If that's the case I'll have to quit. That's very intrusive on my privacy. I'm a professional and don't need to be micromanage by a Camera system.

This is not the kind of place that you would want to work for if you are looking to work within the federal guidelines this is a very out law company. They tell you when you start that you'll be home every day but give you run that are 5 to 6 hours to your first stop with 5 to 6 more stops after the first stop so there is no way that you can make it back home legally the same day but they try to tell you to drive any .so if you value your cdl license this is not the kind of place you want to work for

Fast paced environment. Attention to detail is crucial. I would distribute customer orders to be selected. After customer order is checked and route is complete it was my responsibilty to invoice all completed routes. Would communicate will 4 dock supervisors at a time answering typical day to day questions, performing my general day to day duties; for example: data entry, billing, checking inventory, order distribution etc... The only inconsistancy was that hours were unpredictable.

Terrible company. Management will lie and promise advancement but there wasn’t any. Very unsafe working environment. I was injured on the job and HR DID NOT CARE. Floor ALWAYS wet and they park forklifts right in front of emergency exits. Supervisor used to gossip about employees. AGAIN VERY UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS.

Work life balance is poor, hours are excessive especially on the night shift. company is polluted with politics, its not what you know its who you know. Certain members of management are great others are there because of kissing a** and long time friendships. If you want to make decent money and your ok with a certain level of BS go for it.
