This company demands you work out of town Monday through Friday during there busy times (typically busy all year round) then expect you to work Saturdays regardless if you are going out of town the week after. The real kicker is they compensate so poorly for the physical and availability they demand. Then there is the front office, that has the worlds worst hierarchy you ever seen. Your supervisor who is in charge of your evaluation is someone that has never once been in the field and has no idea what your day to day work load is. Scheduling is another nightmare as you have no idea what you are doing the following day until hours before close the day prior. You can be sent out of town at the drop of a hat with no sort of on call pay. Avoid this place if you like a company that treats you with consideration and respect.

This is a family owned business.  The location is great to get to.  
A number of the employees are just toxic and management just turns a blind eye to it.  Warehouse staff are treated differently then the office staff- Also, rules only apply to you if you are not family or an "original" employee.  There are people there that are decent and hardworking, but others you just pick up the slack for-but that is at most places anymore.




The company is small and has about 100 employees that support a wide range of customers in several northeastern states that require battery backup support.

You have to be a dog to survive this place it’s a dog eat dog work please culture The Hardest part of the job is getting along with coworkers and management and the pay is good

The pay and benefits are very good, and the people I work with are great. The technicians are knowledgeable and take pride in their work. The management and office staff are supportive and work well together. I'm very happy to be working here.
