If you’re not an attorney, they do not care about you, the workload for a Case Manager is about 80-100 cases at a time and they’re hiring so many because they can’t retain their employees. People can’t keep up, so clients are left hanging, not having contact with anyone at the firm for months.

Lunch breaks are not mandatory according to the handbook but they take 30 mins out your work day if you don’t take it. People have quit over this issue and I don’t understand how in a company practicing law can be so vague about rules like this.

I’ve seen people get hired and have nothing to do for weeks because their team is non-functional. If you work at M&M, your team is the biggest factor in whether you’ll be successful/happy there.

It’s not all bad, some people above the new hires genuinely want to help them and educate about the practice and how to actually do the job. For the most part, the employees are the firms saving grace, many work hard to get clients as much money as possible. However, it’s not easy for them to do that with the workload management puts on them. 

Too many changes too quick too. New attorney, new team, new cases, positions being switched overnight. It seems like operations are unsure of themselves and are just making it up as they go.

They don’t even take out at taxes from paychecks lol. The horror stories of people owing money during tax season when they need a refund is ridiculous. If you get hired, please check that.

The training is superficial. Videos and zoom meetings, but i think most people agree they’re not as helpful as they think they are. They have one on one sessions that helped me but if training within the team is bad, people with no experience will struggle.


I would like to say this isn’t the place for someone who has school and wants to receive a paycheck at the same time. This job is very demanding and the pay does not make up for it. There’s way too many files open, and it’s good in the sense you are always busy but for someone who has school this job was not it. Being sick means you have to show them dying at the hospital, and they will still give you a hard time for it, but when older workers do it, (having worked there 3+ years) it’s not a problem at all if they miss 2 weeks, LITERALLY 2 weeks. All the departments are separated and employees only stick around their own department.. what is this ... high school? Managing partner was very nice but supervisors are horrible and HR does nothing to help office problems, all she does is gossip to the office again, like if we’re in high school. The pay was alright if you’re use to making less than $15/h and you’re willing to be okay with that work environment. They will always side with the supervisors as well. In very little time, more than 10 employees left and I should have known then, that was a red flag. 

My experience at The Morgan Law Group did not match the polished image presented online. This is a high-volume, pressure-heavy workplace where employees are expected to manage difficult caseloads with limited training, unclear support, and constantly shifting expectations.

In my opinion, management focused more on appearances, metrics, and control than actually helping employees succeed. The environment felt disorganized, reactive, and exhausting. I also felt that employee concerns were not handled with the level of fairness or professionalism you would expect from a law firm.

This may be a fit for someone who is comfortable with heavy pressure, limited guidance, and a workplace that prioritizes output over employee stability. For anyone looking for real mentorship, structure, consistency, or long-term professional growth, I would be very cautious.

DON'T EVEN APPLY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO QUIT WITHIN A COUPLE OF HOURS/WEEKS. If the office manager doesn't like you she will make your life a LIVING NIGHTMARE she will talk about you and pretend to "like you". You'll know when she is in one of her moods she will slam doors and start typing loud and throwing things. She will give someone (who has a couple of months of  starting) the opportunity to an open position and not give someone that has been there for years the chance. Don't step over her she will be mad when she finds out. Never a dull moment because they will be drama!

There is a lot of work so you will be busy that's the good thing. 

They said they won't hire siblings/spouses/family members because it's "basically family", but again, they go against their words and they still hire them. 

Please don't tell the office manager or the partner anything because they will talk about it. If they want to "help you" with something they actually won't. 

What I enjoy about this job is that I'm not micro-managed. I'm able to use my skills to solve day-to-day problems, and can reach out to management when I run out of solutions. The workplace culture at the office is very friendly and fast-pace. I started at the firm with a strong background in litigation discovery, but not much else, and throughout my employment I have been trained to manage a large variety of tasks commonly handled by paralegals. If you're a self-starter and enjoy handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

I worked in Orlando for a very short period of time. I had limited to no contact with upper management. Additionally, I had little to no instruction/directions or training. Our office had, at most, 6 staff with 2 people in each area at most. We had limited remote training. It’s literally, the blind leading the blind. Productivity would and could increase tremendously if they utilized the proper training tools and software. The team we had in Orlando could have done wonders with our cases had we been given the resources.  

The day-to-day is stressful due to the high volume of cases but organization is key. I learned a lot during my time at the Morgan Law Group. I had a great supervisor towards the end. The company is currently undergoing changes and growth, but they are headed in the right direction. Upper management can be hostile at times, but maintaining yourself focused in the work is the best way to go. I can truthfully say that my experience at MLG improved a lot in the last few months that I was there. They are great at accommodating and the staff is very understanding. 

I had a great time with the people I worked with. Everyone is nice and easy to get along with in my opinion. They have work events that help create a fun environment to connect with your peers. An issue here I would say is compensation.  I think over the years we have lost some good employees due to that so I would say that needs some work. But overall, I enjoyed my time here and grateful for the experience I had.

Some of the attorneys and staff are nice.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Pressure to produce miraculous results with little to no training, amid complete chaos and disorganization. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is nice, but management is disgusting and evil. The events they do with the Dolphins seem nice but all management cares about is looking good via social media and to their business partners, not their employees. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, do your job, and attend a minimum of 3 pointless meetings a day.

From starting to work at The Morgan Law Group, I knew very little of law, however, after being here for over a year now I have been able to learn the different terminologies along with the processes of how an individuals claim must be handled. When asking all the questions that I have since the first day, I have grasped an understanding of the workload that attorney face on a daily basis along with the importance of everyone's role within the firm as a well oiled machine.
