What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working for this company is working with the other nurses. Going out and seeing your clients. No hands on care. by Clinical Supervisors.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you work for the Manatee, Venice or Port Charlotte you have a supervisor that is supportive and helpful therefore the stress is there but minimal.
However the Sarasota main office is EXTREMELY stressful due do the contrasting views of how the direct supervisor in charge is not supportive but extremely critical and is not helpful in any facit of your work journey. This office doesn't maintain retain staff. Very unlike the Manatee, Venice and Port Charlotte office.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The Sarasota office is complete micromanagement. It's HORRIBLE. However if working for the Manatee, Port Charlotte or Venice office completely different directors so they are very good to work for. All the nurses in every office work well together and understand the dynamics between Sarasota office and the other offices. Everyone works well to help each other.
it's the difference in clinical directors that is so different Sarasota is absolutely horrible. Make no mistake they are there to make money. So if you're a nurse with a conscious it is often hard to tell clients what the owner wants them charged and that is YOUR responsibility to deliver the news. it's not a good feeling.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arrive at 9a. automatically start answering phones call and emails during timed intervals for EVERYONE and the emails can be quite overwhelming if you're not good at multi tasking. you manage between 28-33 clients as well. do admissions ON PAPER! then come back and transcribe every thing again HUGE TIME WASTE! to an OLD computer applications. thankfully the nurses all work well together and pitch in to help each other. you have NO lunch break it's called a "working lunch".

The CEO micromanages everything you do. If you happen to call a shift out they will have the CEO called you and hound you. Then when you are on schedule they will call you almost any time of day or night, or text you frequently saying to call in. They will rearrange shifts to fit in as many people as possible on your shift and have you driving an hour between clients that they give you 30 minutes to get to. They are very rude when you talk to some of the schedulers, and they will audibly let you know their displeasure. They do not inform you of everything you need to know about your client including if they have Covid. They are/will forever be on of the WORST companies to work for. If you WANT to be worked like a dog, underpaid, and under appreciated this is the place for you. 

This job at TCHH is perfect for someone that would like to remain to a 9-5 schedule. There is no OT required, there are no weekends and no holiday work. You come in at 9 and you leave at 5.

The staff are friendly and supportive, upper management has an open-door policy. They have a quarterly bonus, Promo PTO days as gifts, breakfast is brought in on Fridays and there are always snacks!

The Front Desk Coordinator job is rewarding and social and fast paced. No day is ever the same. There are guides and manuals and cheat sheets to help with all tasks required of position. I have LOVED this job. I have to leave for personal reasons, or else, I wouldn't even think about leaving. 

It was a good company to work for if your just thinking about the hours lots of opportunity for overtime. Management i.e the nursing staff and Owner was the downside of the job. If you complained about something or a client was difficult they would make you feel like it was your fault or you did something wrong. Felt very uncomfortable going to them to air any grievances. They call you into the office for everything literally, they say they just want to talk but you end up leaving out of there with a write up.

This place is the Jekyll/Hyde you hear about. The company/owner presents very well organized and put together, but is a complete farce. Treats employees and clients terribly, the leadership under the owner is the same. The inner workings of the office allow you to hear the mumbling and grumblings of everyone and the things said about clients is appalling. This is the most devious and scandalous home health company I have ever witnessed.

Working hours for scheduling are 7a-10p they expect you to work as much as possible. If you have a family they are not very flexible with your working hours. They schedule all new and incoming staff for the afternoon shifts. If you prefer working mornings this is not the job for you. 
The caregiving end, they like you pick up as many shifts possible, but have a bad habit of changing your schedule multiple times each day. They will give any caregiver all the hours they want to work.

Driving in traffic and getting to the next client on time

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Driving from home to my first client and staying for 7 hours and driving back home

My position involved a lot of detail oriented repetition, and I enjoyed that. The owner and management ensured I had everything I needed to do my best. The open door policy allowed any issues to be addressed in a timely fashion and with tremendous support. This agency truly cares for its employees, both office and field, and this was felt tangibly throughout my time there. I'm leaving only because I'm moving out of state! Don't hesitate. You will really like Take Care.

Answering incoming calls on a multi line phone system. Directed to the appropriate department and/or specific employee. 
Management I felt was great to work with. Lots of open communication with a positive work environment. Additionally, the employees I really enjoyed working with. Such kind, hard workers. There is a positive vibe to the office. One that I feel is rare. I would highly recommend anyone to apply.
