You are overworked and underpaid. Very little notice of working overtime. Poor scheduling of workflow leads to very stressful environment. Management is not professional! They talk to you inappropriately and disrespectfully. Management has favorites and it shows. If you're coworkers don't like you management will let them mistreat you to get you to quit. You receieve no recognition for going above and beyond. "Human Resources" is a joke. If you go to her with a problem she will just tell management that you complained and give them a heads up to watch their back, which leaves a bigger target on your back. If you miss high school drama and under appreciation this is definitely a great place to work, if not stay clear. If you have or had a bad reputation don't even waste your time. Your application will leave your hands and go right into the trashcan.  You do get pizza and wings every so often and alcohol, nobody measures how much you drink that leads to unsafe work environment. There are also catered days and some company get togethers. Nothing worth the bull you have to put up with.

Production is a mess that is seriously lacking good leadership. Current management looks down on hourly employees like they're dumb peasants and treats them accordingly. The company pushes this great culture theme, but it doesn't exist on the floor. There is a giant problem with worker pay where department leads aren't paid nearly what they should be and people off the street come in and make more than their lead. They ask everything of salaried people in production and are never happy with how much you take on and put out. They use salary as a tool to squeeze as much out of you while paying you the least possible. Long term employees get screwed over regularly so they leave, just to see their job posted the next day for a lot more money than they were getting paid.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best and only good part about working here was that you could listen to your music while working.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to meet unrealistic deadlines and standards for upper management that is ungrateful.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic...extremely toxic. A lot of betrayal and gossip. Akin to a high school more than a place of work.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress, being asked to do more than what youre being paid when its low pay to begin with. The company does a good job at making it look like it takes care of its workers from the outside looking in but this cant be farther from the truth.

CEO is thoughtful and family-oriented. They try to pay attention to culture and engagement. Upper Management generally doesn't give middle management the resources they need to optimize their teams. This cripples everyone - burnout eats away at an employee's loyalty. Team members are doing everything they can (and sacrificing a lot of their own lives) to succeed themselves and see everyone else succeed. The organization should recognize and harness the power they're sleeping on. 

Great place for hourly staff, the work/life balance and peer relationships at that level are second to none. However, the middle and senior management group is incredibly broken. A void in leadership, has led to a lack in accountability and serious dysfunction .
A growing company that needs new leadership focused more on people, their safety, and serving the business…less focused on micromanaging the narrative.




The company promotes inclusivity and great culture but that is often not practiced.
HR uses their past “small town “ experiences as reason for not hiring applicants, often share’s personal information about employees they shouldn’t, and often express their personal feelings into the role.
The owner and sons turn a blind eye while this occurs, usually at the direction of CFO.
Most staff is pleasant, but many suffer from a lack of true leadership and inspiration.
New management needed!

Awful on the job training. There is no official, new employee trainer, you get tossed between working employees to get trained. Who do not want to help. 
Management is better at pointing a finger than fixing a problem. I was belittled and talked down to by most of my co workers or just shown the silent treatment. I have left the building multiple times in tears. The workplace culture is something that I was excited for during my interview process and turned to be the opposite. 

after working there for a month and bust my a** to get parts out I'm told I'm not doing well enough although I did more then the next guy about two months in I clock in and am brought into the bosses office along with an employee which I was then fired, not even received a paper for me to sign off on for acknowledgment that I'm being fired and the fact that an employee was in there and not someone from the office I even called the lady that hired me and told her what happened she said she would look into it and never heard back from her

Typical day was stressful. I did learn many things about assembling signs. Management had its struggle points leading up to a new supervisor for production floor. The hardest part about the job was trying to get out all the jobs required for the day as the company grows. The most enjoyable part about the job was the people there. Most of the coworkers were a joy to have there and create a bond with.

This business has a massive management problem in the production side. They treat us like we're stupid,  but are incompetent when it comes to actually leading the team.  Work hard; get more work. They promote a positive experience, but they don't follow through with it.
