Then this is the perfect job for you! If you enjoy getting to know your co-workers more than you execute your job functions then contact them right away! This job is more based on how well you socialize OUTSIDE of work more than how qualified you are to actually do the job. All three positions they offer are SALES positions. So if you don't know how to sell or negotiation. If you're afraid to talk to people, if you're slow and afraid to go big and try to close the deal then this is the job for you. Because they will focus more on how much you smile and if you love sports...oh and you better represent your college HARD! Go all out and be proud of your college that you just left because that goes further than you actually being good at your job. Fill a seat, sit back, talk about your pets and just enjoy the day. I mean if you're slightly motivated then you can actually make good money. But you'll have to be matched up with other hungry people. So if you have a family, kids, bills to pay, responsibilities...you may be paired up with someone who their most important responsibility is their pet. Soooo...they may not be as motivated at as you are! :-)

The culture is lacking, but the potential is booming...if you're in sales. Anyone in a support role, like myself, gets to do just about everything that the recruiters aren't doing but the bosses want done.

Part of the culture rift is the fact that there are two separate companies, Fidelis and Medestar, that have two very different mentalities.

Fidelis, the permanent side, is all about the old school office way of getting to work. Medestar, on the other hand, is all about partying in between work projects. Both companies get along, but there is an obvious lack of cohesiveness between the two divisions.

People are nice and the office is a good one, but with it being less than ten years old, there are still a lot of growing pains which usually falls on the basic workers.

It's also frustrating worrying about money when your boss is talking about how he bought a new car and a lake house in the last year. I'm sure he earned that money, but I wish he would give bonuses instead.

Working at Curative has been a real roller coaster ride, with its fair share of ups and downs. But with our new leaders in charge, I can confidently say that our future is looking bright. Individuals who are passionate about their work, enjoy healthcare staffing, and are driven to succeed will do well here. Our leaders are seasoned professionals who not only excel in their roles but also coach, mentor, and understand the ins and outs of sales. They're respectful and industry-savvy, dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Here, there's no room for coasting – if you are looking for something chill and don't have a hustle mentality don't waste your time. 

Senior Leadership is solid and has many years experience. This is a growing company with a lot of room for advancement. Production is key and to excel, you must be producing results. Individual sales information is transparent and the goals are clearly defined for everyone in a production role. Many opportunities for a successful career are here within the TH MED umbrella. 
A lot of money is invested in the latest technology and resources to ensure that the teams have all the tools that they need to be successful. This is a great company for an individual that is not afraid to work hard and be financially rewarded for success!

A typical day beginning with great nursing assessment patient forwarded to me detailed history and physical assessment. A review of all available diagnostic data interpretation and addition as needed.
The co-operation and case discussion with Supervising Physician and Co-worker Providers input lends to excellent out comes. This is the most enjoyable part of the job.

If you love making new friends and talking about subjects other than your actual job, this is the place for you! Nobody really cares about your success because they're more worried about their own success. Most of the leaders don't even comprehend what they do or how to do it. Meetings are useless and unnecessary. They cared more about partying and hanging out than building and growing as a team. If you're into hooking up with your co-workers and having dirt on each other for job security...WORK HERE. Now known as CURATIVE. 

I went in to the job with Fidelis with no experience in job placement. I was told on the front end that it would take anywhere from 6 - 9 months to familiarize myself with the role. I was expected to go out in the territory and produce immediate results Day 1 on the job or there would be serious consequences. What management told me to accept the job was nothing like I expected it to be.

Medestar focuses on the whole process from beginning to end. From helping with resume tips to listening to what the physician desires, the team is there 24/7 to be proactive and successful for the candidates we serve. The focus is on finding people who care, and I truly believe this company keeps this at the forefront of hiring decisions.  The company culture is unmatched and there couldn't be a better Leadership team.

They expect a lot without giving you much time to get things going in the right direction. The size of your corporate accounts matters.  Large healthcare Institutions don't just let you walk through the door and start talking to the CEO.  Maybe in a 1-200 bed health facility but not large ones.

Medestar is a great place to work. It was a place for me to learn how to work in the industry and get a feel for how the recruiting world works. They gave me a chance to move up and try out different rolls. The hardest part of the job would be the favoritism with the upper management.
