Exercise caution when working for this company. There was an error made on their part that has taken thousands of dollars out of my check over the course of three months and caused me to miss several checks altogether. They refuse to fix these errors, and several contacts have chosen to ignore or blow off my requests for the error to be resolved. At this point I’ve given up on personally making any progress for the compensation and have resorted to taking legal action. This issue aside, they lack basic communication altogether from onboarding to being a current employee. I definitely do not recommend this recruiting agency due to a complete lack of professionalism.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Having your own office.  The bench desks provided stink.  They offer no sense of privacy, space, or ability to block out needless distractions.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Constant HR problems with employees who are not encouraged to talk to their immediate supervisors.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No one seems to know what they are doing.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy.  Constant distractions from usual work day.

Talentburst staff are very helpful & friendly. The company they placed me at had petty individuals! They gave me false messages from Talenburst! I have discovered some men dont want women doing this work.

TalentBurst was a temporary company that provided me with a great job. I enjoyed working with the company. However, even though the job kept extending my time with the company, I did not get  any increase in pay but made the same thing for over two years. 
I was unable to receive any health benefits except the lapis medical. Therefore when I was hospitalized I did not get any financial benefits an often set me back financially.

Overall, it’s a decent place to work with a generally positive and friendly environment. The team members are supportive, and communication is usually smooth. There are opportunities to learn new things, especially if you are proactive and willing to take initiative. However, compensation and career growth could be improved, and the experience may vary depending on the project or team you are assigned to. It can be a good starting point for gaining experience, but may not be ideal for long-term development.

Talentburst is a great employer who will always have your back and is always there for you if you have questions or concerns. Pay is always on time and the wages are always what they are supposed to be. If you come to work like you should and do your job duties to the best of your ability you will never have any problems with them. I was with them for a few months and worked hard and was able with their help to get hired on by the company they had me work at.

I've worked for several temp agencies and this is the one I've had the best experience with so far.  The workers here communicate well and provide help with anything you need. They always reach out to me when important. They have a great team too that's professional but also nice and relaxed which I appreciate. They've provided nice gatherings several times which is really nice of them too.

TalentBurst is the staffing company with whom I had the contract to work for a technical company, HR  department, wherein we were given outdated documents and inconstant instructions to perform the job at hand. TalentBurst and its staff is a wonderful company and would love to work through them again.


Was contacted by a recruiter for a position with a national financial institution.  Interviewed and was offered a contract the same day.  Contract has been extended twice, with the intent for hire in Q4 2022.  Only downside is no vacation/PTO available with Talentburst for contract employees, and health/dental costs were more than half my salary.
