All of us heard the same story. Great words about the company culture, the community and the environment. 'Fair pay'. Everybody tells you about how great and unique TWG is. And let's be honest here, in theory it's all great but in practice it doesn't work. I joined TWG in early 2021 and let me tell you, it is a disaster.  First, your pay is never gonna be on time. It's going to be late but you're gonna get told that next month it will be ok. The CEO will tell you your money was sent but it wasn't and then they will tell you that it has been sent again the week after that. And if you ask about it, they will tell you you don't have the right culture and will be kicked out or put on a permanent no-hire list and won't get any actual work. Second, if you lose your project the company will keep telling you they're looking for new projects for you and name all sorts of potential companies that are about to pick TWG but this never really happens. Third, you don't have any true opportunities to grow. Let me tell you, I have never seen such a strange promotion process. People are picked for a promotion only because they go to a meeting or because they are liked by someone without actual education or skills. Fourth, they will expect you and sometimes even push you to attend all these meetings and company fun parties that are out of work hours and of course are unpaid. Fifth, they will tell you that this is a safe space and encourage you to give feedback but if they don't like what you say, you will be kicked out or put on a no-hire list. Last but not least, the pay is below minimum wage and you get no benefits. You will truly get more stability and benefits at any burger place. They tell you the freelance contract is a benefit, but you're expected to be fully available and not behave or think like a freelancer. While of course you get no paid holidays, no paid sick leave, no paid personal days etc. If you're looking for a stable job and need stable income or would like to advance in your career, avoid TWG. If you're looking for a fun place to have karaoke parties and share pictures online and don't mind being in a company that is clearly mismanaged then this is the place for you.

This company really puts people first. It’s kind of new and growing fast so there are many growth opportunities. I started back in October and I’m on track to become a supervisor within the next couple of weeks. This company really recognizes your hard work and the culture is awesome! There are people from all over the world, some weekly and monthly meetings to update everyone on company growth, but they’re not mandatory and you will never be required to turn on your camera, not even for the interview. You're free to choose your hours. At first I was very hesitant about this company not being well-known nor based in the US, but I was happy to find out it’s legit. I’ve never had issues with my payments and I’m very happy to have given it a chance. The interview process was okay, there’s a Zoom interview, they also test your computer skills and ask you to record yourself speaking in your native language so that they have an idea of which projects could be a good fit.

I started working as a CSR 13 months. This is my first remote job so I didn't know what to expect but the people throughout the company from the CEO to other CSRs were wonderful in helping me to settle in. I have since been promoted through the ranks to a supervisor. When I go to work, I don't feel like I am at work. I feel like I get to travel the world without leaving my desk because there are literally people from various countries around the world who will gladly share a bit of their culture. It is great to have so many cultures and activities to keep from feeling isolated. While attending the events like game night and meet the CEO are not paid and are more for fun and optional, it is encouraged to participate as attendance does add points that go towards promotions and raises. Also, this is a growing company and there have been some growing pains, but I am excited to continue my journey and career within TWG. I have been in the working world for 25 years and not once have I ever actually looked forward to going to work until I found TWG. It is not going to talk to co-workers but more like hanging out with family and friends.

I have worked for many companies in the past.  This comp. really looks out and helps their workers as much as possible with hesitation. I started in Aug. 2021.  And the impact the comp has gave me was tremendous.  With any job there is pros and cons...at TWG there is very very little cons. The interview and hiring process is very easy.  Training is amazing and they help and give you the tools for success.  The only way you fail with TWG you will have to want to fail because they give you all the resources and train you.  They work around your life with schedules.  They have a platform where the job works around your life not your life revolve around the job.  There is no issues and there's not enough great things i can say about TWG.  If your looking for a place to grow and show off your talent.  Then Talent World Group is for you. 

Working at TWG has been a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, I felt supported and welcomed by a team that truly values collaboration, growth, and transparency. The training is clear and effective, the management is approachable, and the atmosphere is both professional and genuinely friendly.

The flexibility of working remotely allows for a healthy work-life balance, and the tools provided are intuitive and efficient. I’ve learned so much in a short period of time — not only about sales and communication but also about self-management and productivity.

Highly recommended work place, and an outstandingly active community , fun times are always around the corner as well which creates  stringer hinds between everyone from upper management to the rest of the teams!

I have been here for going on 14 months and still as excited now as I was when I started. It doesn't feel like work. I love the diversity of cultures, languages, projects, and additional things to do within the company. As with most growing companies there are some growing pains but I have watched them go through changes and they are getting better every day. There are fun activities that you can take part in that will allow you to never feel isolated and participating will actually help you to self promote. I look forward to catching up with everyone on a daily basis now as much as I did when I started.  This doesn't feel like a job. In a year I went from CSR with no remote experience to supervisor so the growth opportunities are there and the company prefers to promote from within. I am still enjoying my career and watching this company grow. 

At first I ABSOLUTELY loved the culture. I was able to communicate with coworkers from literally all over the world .  The group had Movie Nights and Early Morning coffee chats. When I changed to a different campaign things went south quickly. The culture from that department was TOXIC. There were unskilled, unsupportive, and could not even tell time. Found it odd they requested American English Speakers for the project but had trainers who really struggled with English as a language. Went from great to poor extremely fast. If they have an All American or All European Campaign it might be a good place to work. Definitely investigate before you commit.
