Management for TVentures consist of emails, and nothing more, to address concerns.  No paid time-off and medical coverage is so sub-standard it might as well not exist.  My recommendation would be to use them if no other opportunity is present, but to leave as soon as a better opportunity presents itself.  Be as self-centered as TVentures is. 

Upper management must make the warehouse more user friendly. New procedures have been created to improve warehouse storage space and stocking for an effective and efficiency operations

It was a great opportunity to work there. Employers were very nice and flexible. The work environment helped me to learn how an office runs.
The only thing that didn't work was the commute, I had to drive two hours both ways.

Input of data forwarded from paralegal/attorneyl to enter into sharepoint database. Very friendly and helpful employees.  Enjoyed my time there...too shore.

My experience was very memorable. The staff was very resources and always available.  The company financial package was also very good. The insurance was also very nice

Fast paced, always learning new processes, fun environment to work in. Sometimes there wee deadlines to meet but overall the company was good to work for.

Not very hands on, once at customer site. There is not anymore that I would like to share as I was at the customer sit daily.
