From the beginning it is apparent that leadership supports and values their employees as individuals. There is a lot of work to be completed on a daily basis and there is never a dull moment, but overall you are given the tools you need to succeed or a voice that is heard if there are any concerns. The VP is more than just a leader, she's a mentor, and an absolute force of nature. In my personal opinion everyone works fluidly together, and my coworkers are always eager to answer any questions that arise. 

In the overall picture, I could not support enough what this company is about. 

TeleSpecialists offers a fast-paced, highly innovative environment. It is a rapidly growing and changing environment which can be challenging at times but offers lots of opportunities for personal and professional growth. It is a tight-knit team that works very hard but also likes to have fun together. Everyone truly puts their hearts into everything they do, I have never worked with such a dedicated group of people, even the founding partners put their blood, sweat and tears into the daily operations and everyone works so well together to do what is best for the patients we serve.

HR is not very helpful. If you get sick or have a medical emergency. you will be let go. You sit for 12 hours, which is not good for you. the long hours  will take a toll on your  body.  Management claim to accommodating but will turn on you in the blink of an eye. benefits are high. Training was not as good as it could be. Peers will take over after you spend a week with a manger. You take calls all day while watching 4 computer screens the job is VERY stressful. I do not recommend. 

This is my first fully remote position and although it can feel isolating; coworkers are all very inclusive, helpful and kind. Upper management is very involved and always looking for feedback and ways to improve. The company is growing tremendously and making appropriate changes to keep up with the growth. The overall moral is pretty positive, PTO/Paid Holidays could be better but overall an great place to work.

Convenience, benefits , consistant schedule, laid back enviroment, no micro managing

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Getting how to do every part of the job down, there is a lot to learn.

Diverse, open communication , approachable management, fun  but professional  , 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very quiet. Maybe 4 people on shift in the office , I work over night

I have only been with the company for 6 months, but in that short time I 
 have realized what a great company it is.  Professional and fun.  Down to earth in all departments.  The managing partners care about your wellbeing.  The CEO likes to have a one-to-one touchbase quarterly to see how you are doing, if you have feedback and discuss your growth.  This company is growing by leaps and bounds and the opportunities within are limitless.  

This company truly cares about each and every one of their employees. The CEO has 1-1 with every staff member and really listens! The partners are all so involved and SO NICE. The work life balance is everything you would want in a position. The office environment is welcoming and THEY TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a career as well as an awesome work family! 

From the day I started, I knew there was great opportunities for growth here. The company is extremely forward-thinking and the services provided are beneficial to making the world a better place. My colleagues have been professional, courteous and extremely helpful. There was ample time for ramp up, and always a friendly face to help if you have a question. There is a reason so many have been on staff since the beginning!

Some of the Telespecialists are very rude and disrespectful and most of them talk negative about one another, especially once you leave the room. I have witnessed some bully others, and also talk negative about the doctors all day long. Need to be more diverse in hiring people and learn how to treat people better and pay for overtime correctly and pay you if unable to take lunch that day.
