With a flexible start time to the day there is little opportunity to be late and maximum opportunity to have a fully productive day. While at TBG I was lucky to work with some very accomplished Senior Designers and Art Directors as well as a wonderful Creative Director. The creative department has an open studio environment with large windows looking out at the city skyline just a few blocks to the north. The machines are modern but the infrastructure is not as high a priority as the quality of work produced. Attire is casual and the vibe is fun and enjoyable. As of late though the direction of the company has taken at turn towards uncertainty. A series of layoffs and questionable hires followed by a lack of new employee training has choked the general employee moral to that of a grumbling murmur of negativity. The company has quickly changed from the one I started with nearly five years ago.

Managers with years or experience are ignored in favor of younger team members who are not as experienced. Constant frustration with ownership for lack of direction or at least allowing managers to take the reigns. When new and better processes are brought in management encourages staff to stick with the old ways, so nothing ever changes. There is a lot of forced company events that are a waste of time. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Not much at all. Terrible ownership and plant manager. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Blaming for the owner and plant managers terrible decisions.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depression. The only place I've ever worked where people are on indeed llc day looking for jobs.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sometimes a whole lot of standing around or sweeping.

No way to earn a raise. Employees are constantly on phones, vaping throughout the company, eating, drinking, taking extended breaks. Good employees are treated badly while others get away with anything. Constantly changing plant managers, supervisors, employees and procedures.  

I have never worked for a company where they take the time to get to know their employees. This team works harmoniously and while we have fun, we work hard. I am able to try new avenues to see what works for me and expand my knowledge beyond my hiring position. The work environment has very little stress in the way of work drama and politics. 

Challenging work environment but with Less stress. Members all work as part of a team , all wiling to lend helping hand to each other to get job done. Lots of training opportunities, Lots of benefits.

Enjoyed and learnt alot working here.
Got an opportunity for onsite (Singapore) but declined.
Received best monthly performance award.
The hardest part is does not have direct clients.

Productive and fun workplace with plenty of options for growth and advancement. They offer a variety of job, flex-time, and work-from-home options that are very employee friendly

loved it but company is moving to ohio  This is the truth was nice relaxing place to work with an easy going management truly a place i would have stayed at for a long time.


It has been 15 plus years since I worked for this company. So my experience and review from 15 years back will not do justice for current situation of the company.
