I feel compelled to share my experience. I have known and grown with for the past 13 years.

I started here as a front desk medical receptionist with no experience at all. At the time, I was simply looking for a paycheck—not a career. This company took a chance on me anyway, and what followed was something I could have never imagined.

From day one, this organization has been committed to building its people. They don’t just invest in one individual, they invest in every team member. Leadership consistently shows patience, support, and a genuine desire to help employees grow, learn, and succeed. I have witnessed this not only in my own journey, but in how they mentor, train, and develop everyone on the team.

Over the years, the doctors and management team invested in me in ways that went far beyond what is expected of an employer. They believed in me, educated me, and saw potential in me that I didn’t even see in myself. They encouraged my growth by sending me back to school, paying for my training, renewing my medical assistant certification, and providing management courses, all fully paid for.

What truly sets this company apart is how they treat people as humans, not just employees. When both of my parents passed away, I was given as much paid time off as I needed, without fear of losing my position. During major life milestones, they were always there to celebrate with me, whether it was sending a thoughtful bonus or delivering gifts to the hospital after the birth of my children.

When my son faced medical issues, they allowed me to work from home while continuing my full salary. That level of compassion, flexibility, and trust is rare.

The company  is supportive, patient, and deeply committed to helping its employees reach their full potential. I am living proof of that, and I have watched the same care, patience, and investment be extended to countless others on the team.

I am incredibly grateful to be part of an organization that truly believes in its people. 

I have been at Cardiovascular Care group over 3 years and it  is a great comapany to work for. Workinng here feels like working with family , its a close-knit group where  doctors are very approachable and are easy to work with. They truly care about patients and that makes it a rarity today as finding a doctor that truly  cares is very hard. I would absolutely recommend them to my family as i have full trust in their care. 
Managemant has an open door policy  and I can always reach out with any concerns I  may  have . Absolutely love my coworkers , it makes the time working so much easier ! This is a great place to be and always  learn.


TCVCG is a very fast paced environment. You always have something to do and new challenges to face. Being with the group has taught me better wound care skills as well as front desk skills. It is one thing to learn at school, but a complete different experience to learn while actually in the field. At TCVCG, everyone is there to help you. Everyone is willing to take a second and explain, rather than you get something incorrect. This ensures accuracy when dealing with patients, as well as comfort on a day to day basis. This job has taught me hands on skills that I can use throughout any type of medical scenario. I will always be proud to say I worked for TCVCG.

The best part about working with TCVCG is that we see all things vascular. We could see a patient with a non healing wound, to a patient with an abdominal aortic aneurysm. The doctors are educators, and love to work with the techs for optimal patient care. I am always learning from them even after 7 years working with them. The management team has an open door policy to all questions. There are many ways to get into contact with them. The staff members become part of your family- we pick each other up during the tough times, and celebrate during the good times. 

I had interned there for 3 months.When i walked in i had to make sure the rooms were cleaned and stacked for the following cases, I had excellent doctors and nurses who took the time out to teach me especially the scrub tech. I was thought how to handle the instruments, prep and drape the patient. The hardest part of it all was to focus on not contaminating the sterile field. Most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with different patients and the staff.

Fast paced and fulfilling work day that goes by quickly. Learning about procedures and work flows of daily operations of hospital and surgical procedures. Management is top notch. They support me and make me feel safe and comfortable in my work role. Work environment is busy and family oriented. I truly love my job and interacting with the doctors and patients and seeing them have a successful procedure from start to finish.

I had just moved to New Jersey went I started at TCVCG.  Everyone here was very welcoming and I really felt like it was a team/family atmosphere.  This really helped me, since my family and friends were all in another state.  I have enjoyed getting to know all of the patients here and participating in their care.   The physicians and nurses are not only skilled, but very compassionate and truly care about the patients.   I'm so glad I found The Cardiovascular Care Group.  

The best part of working at  TCVCG is the  common work ethics for the heathcare team , collaborative  team approach in delivering compassionate and   personalized patient care .

The work place cultuer is small and intimate , alowing for an individual to obtain and acheive a good balance between work and home life.

I've been here for 22 years going on 23.  I've worked my way up from front desk, to biller, to medical assistant/scrub tech to administrative assistant, to office manager to Operations Manager for the entire company.  The support and guidance that I have had over years has given me the knowledge I have today to have grown into this role.  We promote teamwork to all an encourage growth in all departments.

Poor salary never get raises and unfair at times

Phones never stop neverending paperwork

It was okay but employees don't get along
