The Childrens Clinic

Acquiring vitals and chief complaints, learned how to be patient, poor to no management, co-workers always did their jobs but do not like to see other co-workers slack, hardest part of the job when the children cried due to injections, and the most enjoyable part of the job was the smiles of the children when they would receive a lollipop when leaving the clinic.

Looked forward to produce, bring revenue, to grow in knowledge of medicine and infirmities. New staff to train and be productive. The hardest part of my job is to hear of a major illness or death of a patient or parent. Most enjoyable moments was getting a smile from every patient after a lollypop treat.

While a great clinic to gain experience and not loose your marbles, the main office manager plays favorites, the front staff is favored from the clinical staff  and it will always feel like it just never enough. Raises are promised but if you are not on the favorite list you will not see it complete. Be Aware!!!!!!

Having a family and working here is very hard. A good place to gain experience but that's it.  Management could show more appreciation towards staff, otherwise the doctors are great to work with.

Great place to work in. Manager is very nice and understanding. Coworkers are very helpful and its nothing but team work.  Hours are good depending on what you choose but they are flexible. 

everything is perfect good, providers, good co-workers,and good management. work is easy with everyone's help. the only part is poor hr salary..
