What is the best part of working at the company?
Very unprofessional.  Managers talk to employees like children.  Last minute rule changes. Residents not taking care of properly. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management and the way they run each shift. Showing favoritism to certain employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Stressful and annoying. No consideration for the staff. Residents can say and do whatever they want to staff and it's always overlooked 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Walking and serving the residents.  Cleaning. Preparing food. Some events

Very unprofessional. They need new management.  Orientation to them means working on the floor instead of knowing their building their policy their mission meeting their department heads etc.  Lack of communication in the head department.  Attitudes unreal.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Family oriented the pay you have support when needed

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having patience dealing with elderly

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some days hard when 90% females 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy making sure everything functions n working

I am not sure what is going on there at this point.  I would probably pass . This was a great experience until new ownership took over.  New ownership brought in some of their own employees that were not pleasant 

Former CNA, very unorganized and sometimes left staff with no supplies. Every one ends up leaving. Job is difficult sometimes because of the high turnover rate.

There is lack of communication from management, no area for growth within this job.

The hardest part of this job is keeping your job, due to management poor guidance.

The best part of this job is the residents and their family.

A tpica day at The Pointe At KilPatrick is playing around with the residents at the same time serving the breakfast and lunch. I really enjoy this job because I get to learn alot about how things were back in the old days and hear all there stories.

This is a great plsce to work. This is really assisted living. Lots of agency due to lack of staffing. Great employees who are willing to help. The job is very relaxed. No scrubs just khaki pants and purple top.

I would work to help feed the Seniors and give them everything they need. I learned how to give great hospitality and communications skills. the management was amazing and them team worked very hard. nothing about the job was hard.

Nothing to make a career out of, just simply washing dishes, the people were cool to work with and the elderly were sweet and funny most of the times. It was always good to hear some good stories from them from their younger days
