A lot of workplace drama and favoritism. Some get special treatment and are allowed to do things or get by with things they shouldn't. 
Most of the other cnas are mean and rude, to each other,  especially new people and the patients. 
Unwilling to help, answer any questions or just be polite. 
Prepare to be bossed around and treated like you don't know what you're doing.
One particular cna thinks shes a nurse just because shes been there 7 years, she sits behind the station giving out orders and making other people do her work for her. 
Every day im here makes me want to perish. 
It's a pretty awful place
Dirty and stained towels and sheets 
Not enough supplies 
Out of all 3 shifts, all the cnas i have only met 3 or 4 who are nice and willing to assist. 
Everyone else goes and hides, spends minimal time with the residents,  and goes on multiple smoke breaks throughout the shift. All of them at the same time, probably twice an hour at least. 
I enjoy the residents , they're great. That's really all that keeps me there.
A lot of death due to neglect and quality of care. 
I've been told a lot of the nurses are under review from the board or have been investigated in the past yet still allowed to work there.

Well I was dedicated to the residents made sure beds were cleaned, turn  and dry every two hours to  no breaks downs on skin,  changed them around the clock ,I did culture Change even when it was a resident day for shower I would do it on any day as needed , I worked a lot  with rehab physical therapist helping resident encourage them to continue me to eat , to get out of bed and at least try to work on getting better to go home , I listen to so many tell their stories and assure them that they still matter , I prayed with them to let them know they are loved and I wanted them to feel the love as well as a cna working at the springs of searcy I cared for the residents and that’s what matter to them someone still care even when family never showed up 

Hired on as weekend RN charge lied about what the position entailed Management Toxic. Hired me on  to be back  up so they did not want to pay for SHIFT KEY No help from the CNAs. and cut throat Click environment Saw residents neglected Med carts a mess several state tags waiting to happen. residents in wrong beds Very Low pay Unless you are part of the click management Food for residents Horrible no  nutrition pts dehydrated typical work day is chaotic learned that I was not willing to risk my RN license Hardest part is knowing nothing has changed and I could do nothing to fix it very sad and heart breaking.

Meeting the residents and getting to know them, most staff members were great and helpful to work with, supervisors were pretty great about being understanding with things life throws at you

Running out of supplies and the amount of residents needing care per nurse, some required more time and care than others, and I just didn’t feel I had enough time per shift

Overall good, sometimes average

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever worked. Drama, drama, and drama.  The workers attitudes are poor and always angry. Management doesn’t possess leadership qualities and will speak to people like they are a child. No one cares about the resident’s care and don’t take an issue to management, they will tell every one in the building. There is no management in the building capable of leading by example. The sign on bonus is truly not worth it! If you see a big sign on bonus, run far away. I’ve been nursing for 15 plus years and this by far is the worse nursing job, I’ve ever had. Keep looking.

Weekend staff, nurse and nurse aides are polite and friendly.

Stress is at any company, knowing how to handle stress is what's important.

The work environment is relaxed on the weekends, nurses and patients are easy to work with.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day starts with patients being happy to see me because I'm part of the weekend staff so days go by before they see me again. Everyone treats everyone as they're family, the day ends calmly and peacefully.

Management cares more about making money than the welfare of the employees and the residents. Instead of hiring more employees they just put more work on the employees that are already there and they get burned out and quit. They take advantage of your work ethic and try to work you as much as possible for minimum wage pay. There were a couple of times I was promised a bonus for working overtime and never got it and I had to fight with them to get it. The drama is unbelievable as nearly every department head is self-centered and rude to the employees. You do get good hours.

The people and residents.I like my boss and coworkers they are winderful

Walking all over the place.Just lots of drama

Good.They decorate for the holidays and the activity directors are winderful

Clock in got to storage get cart and start out go to work do my halls and try to mind my own business

Worse place anyone could ever work for can’t even keep good workers it’s sucks there

Being there & someone constantly walking behind you telling you how to do your job

Horrible certain ones can get away with certain things only if you’ve been there for years
