Position of PI Intake Case Manager: 
Coworkers were great; Super helpful and encouraging. One of the best teams I have ever worked with. Attorneys are super nice and helpful. The people who work there literally care for the job a lot. Compensation wasn’t the average for the area, it was less. The workload was way too much, the only break was for lunch (30 min by the way). You don’t even have time to check your phone unless you don’t care about falling behind in work. You literally have to meet all the goals they place, plus do your work, and put clients first (obviously not enough time in the day for it all) and if you don’t do it, you get written up. They prioritize their customers way too much as some can be arrogant & self-centered and they still come first, basically make sure that the clients don’t leave with a bad experience from the firm regardless of what it takes. They allow case managers to be mistreated by clients and have to baby them for the sake of the company. Safety of the case managers is a little low. If you have an emergency as a new employee and ask for a day, regardless of what it is you need prove or it’ll be denied. You will be fired as fast as possible if they do not like you. They don’t take responsibility for their wrongs. You have to have patience to work there, not mind being mistreated by clients, not care about working 24/7, and meeting all the goals they place. It’s not a horrible place to work for but it definitely not for everyone. 

I worked at this company remotely, and the experience made it very clear that remote employees are treated as second-class staff. While in-office colleagues enjoy benefits like free meals and respected holidays, remote workers are expected to continue working through those same holidays without any form of compensation or acknowledgment for the extra effort.
There is a complete lack of recognition for the work being done. Remote employees are often required to take on responsibilities that go beyond their roles, essentially covering tasks from multiple departments, yet this added workload is neither valued nor validated.
Management is heavily focused on micromanagement rather than actual support. Supervisors spend an excessive amount of time in unnecessary meetings that do little to improve workflow or assist the team. Instead of providing guidance or solutions, they contribute to inefficiency and frustration.
Unsurprisingly, employee turnover is extremely high. The workload is overwhelming, expectations are unrealistic, and there is little to no support from leadership. Despite claims of caring about the team, the reality is that employees are treated as easily replaceable.
Ultimately, it feels like the only people truly benefiting from the company’s success are the owners, while the rest of the team is left overworked, undervalued, and disregarded.

Working at WLG was a good experience for me. I was impressed by how much the partners actually care about their clients and employees. They’re both involved in making sure that employees at all levels are comfortable at work and have everything they need to effectively do their jobs. If you're a responsible professional with a desire to learn and grow, you'll have the opportunity to that that at WLG.

One of the things I liked most about working here was their dedicated to personal and professional growth. The partners do their best to pour into the leadership team and develop them as not just managers, but as leaders. They also offer many opportunities for teams to bond with each other and with other teams.

Working here was challenging but fun and I'm a better person now than I was when I started at WLG. I'm grateful to have had the experience.

Excellence in customer service and teamwork collaboration drives every member at the Ward Law Group team to meet and exceed goals. Management and employees work closely together to brainstorm and improve training material as the culture is focused on training and development. I have been working at WLG for over one year, it is very impressive the magnitude of dedication and teamwork that is present in every team.  Throughout my year at WLG, I have been given the opportunity to work with different departments and expand my knowledge/skills. Opportunities for growth is attainable at the Ward Law Group, the firm is always looking to expand their team and build new leaders in the WLG team and in the community. 

First informals, I would like to start off by saying how big of a blessing it is to be working at The Ward Law Group, every morning I go to work I thank God for being able to be present in such a wonderful job that has changed my life. I am only 20 years old and out of all the job experiences I've had this one is the one that has filled me with so much joy. This place really does care about its employees but most of all the clients we get each and every single day we make sure we treat them as if they were our own family. I am truly grateful to be part of a work place who truly cares about each and every single person and are respectful, faith based individuals company filled with such beautiful values , main value is to serve and it is a complete wholeheartedly amazing experience to be part of The Ward Law Group, you are reading this and you are looking to devote your heart to serving others wholeheartedly, you are making the right choice :)

The good? Working here you can learn a lot about personal injury law and also develop good customer service skills, and at least benefits are offered after 90 days. 

Now for the not so good. You are assigned The workload of a paralegal for the pay of a receptionist or customer service rep. There is definitely a cliquey mentality here especially within upper management, and if and when you are promoted it is under the guise of “congratulations, you’re doing great!” when in reality it is “how can you make us more money?” Benefits were also promised to be covered at 100% upon being interviewed and several employees also corroborated this, only to be told we have to pay for our benefits (and there were two meetings for benefits, one for employees with seniority and one for new employees).

Overall, they do mostly decent to good work but the high school cliquey mentality and the fact no employee stands a chance to be promoted to management means most people won’t see a career here.

I love to work in this company. I value the growth opportunities more than the job itself and Ward Law Group always delivers. I started without any experience and quickly learned everything. I have been promoted multiple times based on my performance and results. I love that I can have a career here, not just a job. I also appreciate that people get promoted based on merit not seniority. The company offers excellent benefits and they focus on the employees a lot. We have bonding activities throughout the year fully paid by the company. We do a company cruise for all employees and their significant others (fully paid by the company). The owners focus on giving back to the community and the employees have a chance to participate on these events. In summary, this is the best company I have ever worked for. I plan to retire here and I love being somewhere were my talents are recognized.  

I worked for this company and was constantly told customer service was the goal. Shortly after working there, I noticed they cared very little about the employees and the customers, but really how much they could obtain from each case. The management and the positions themselves in this corporation do not allow for developmental growth unless you have connections with the actual partners and are in their social group. This company really exploits their employees to the point where taking sick days or days off made the employees like myself, feel guilty for taking. I wouldn’t recommend this company nor would I ever want to work for such a self centered corporation that is money hungry and puts their employees last. This company had so much potential but unfortunately, fell short of my expectations and was not the ideal work place for me. 

In my experience in working with The Ward Law Group its definitely has been positive. The firm definitely has high expectations of there employees as they demand excellence. They effectively encourage and establish their culture from the very beginning of your training process. With a great opportunity for growth, the firm will help not only help/guide you to growth within the organization but also as an individual, where they have quarterly evaluations where they help by encouraging and strengthening your weaknesses  and celebrating your victories alongside you. There are constant opportunity to share your feedback with management, making you feel valued and heard as an employee. The Ward Law Group is one of, if not "The", Healthiest Organizations to work for.

Working at The Ward Law Group can be very intense, you have goals you need to meet that may seem impossible and we even get very difficult cases. However, you also have amazing support with your team, from the management team to your peers. Everyone is constantly helping you every step of the way to achieve your goals. Not only do they recognize your hard work with amazing rewards! This jobs satisfies you in the sense of giving back to your community. Our goal to serve our clients is just as intense as the firm.
