I worked from home and I managed clients remotely. I made calls, monitored reports and did training with my clients staff. The hardest part of the job was learning multiple systems when integrating the scoring application. Seeing progress and success was the best part of my job.

Boring work environment, employee favoritism, overworked employees and no advancement opportunity. IT environment is hokey and equipment is old and out of date.
