Keyes is a really good Real Estate firm to work for.  They offer a lot of training and technology, which sets them apart from the competetion.  Being self employed, they don't offer benefits such as 401k, Health Ins etc.  The only way to advance would be to become a Broker and open up your own business.  Being part of the Miami Association of Realtors, they offer several classes and certifications.  I've taken many classes on Property Management.  I got a SRS (Sellers Representative) certification and a e-Pro certification which focuses on a lot of technology in the industry.  The hardest part of the job is getting leads.  I have mostly listed properties.  My average time for a home on the market is impeccable.  I go above and beyond for my clients and really consult them on how to stage their home and price it right to sell.  What I enjoy most is helping people.  I have a 5/5 in my Zillow reviews.  I work mostly from home.  I have worked from home for many years.  I did it at a previous job for several years starting in 1998.  I am used to multi-tasking and excellent at time management.  Although I am self-employed, I do report to the Broker where we both set reasonable goals on a 6 month basis.

Working with Keyes was great.  I worked at the Miami Lakes office and was able to share a private office with three other realtors.  I worked mostly with clients that were relocating to Miami.  A typical day would start with updating all my listings and buyers with all required documents needed or possible listing information for buyers. Reports to relocation company were due on a weekly and biweekly basis.  Most enjoyable part of my job was showing properties and being able to get the property of the clients dream.  I loved first time home buyers.  The joy they showed when they received their keys to their own home was so gratifying.  The hardest part of my job was informing the client they had to lower the price on their home due to a down market.  My co-workers were the best.  Management time was great also. Unfortunately I had to leave due to a down market and commission being received was not enough for a single mom.  What I learn from this job was how to market yourself and properties.  Working together with buyers and seller to make the deal go through.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Love the interactions between all the co-workers & staff!  Everyone is super friendly and very helpful.  Love that this is a company that gives back to the community and truly helps to improve the lives of their staff as well as helping out the communities where we all live, work and play everyday.  Phenomenal company….❤️ Mike & Christina video training as well as in person training.


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
NO stress whatsoever.  If you are unable to get to additional training in the office online support is readily accessible and available.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
RELAXED, Enjoy going into the office…. Even though I don’t know everyone by name whenever I ask for help it is always readily available.

Keyes Company offers alot of training and mentoring. My day consists of checking in with the office in the morning. Then I go and knock on doors, FSBO sellers. Work on marketing myself to buyers. The hardest part of my job is persuading clients to use me as a listing agent. Unfortunately The Keyes Company has restrictions on commission and as an associate are not afforded the capability of lower commission rates. So 6% is a tough sell. I've learned a few different ways of how to sell myself to prospective clients. I enjoy Real Estate bottom line. Traveling on the road, meeting people, and viewing homes is the best part of this job.

The Boca office work environment is amazing. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to ensure the success of the team. Kudos to our Broker who leads with passion, extensive knowledge and drives everyone to be the best they can be.  The Keyes culture is one of family which I love most and the reason I decided to join the Keyes Company 3 years ago. 

Working 50+ hours per week is my choice to be as successful as possible but more importantly to ensure I am providing my clients with 5 Star service. The happiness of my customers is what drives me each and every day.  The Keyes Company provides the tools to take its agents to the next level.

The Keyes Company is a privately family owned business. The CEO is hands-on with his agents and the company is really a good place to work. The company has LOTS of training and offers hands-on learning experiences. Co-workers are a good group to work around. The hardest part of this job is finding clients that are faithful and loyal to me getting the job done for them.

The most enjoyable part of this job is the flexible work hours and meeting really good people. I like that I can assist them with their needs and to have a satisfied customer at all times.

I have nothing bad to say about my time working at the Keyes Company.  They give you a mentor for your first two transactions, which is a very valuable way to get your feet wet in the industry.  Very corporate feeling compared to other smaller brokerages, so less likely to be able to make exceptions. Although commission splits may not be as high as other brokerages are willing to offer, the sacrifice is worth it for the backing of the name and training. Don’t expect anything other than some training and support, as at the end of the day, you are your own boss, just like at any other brokerage. 

I interviewed several real estate companies before choosing Keyes; I chose Keyes because of the leadership and technology in place. Our Broker is extremely knowledgeable and a great mentor, he does everything he can to help us all be successful. The technology Keyes uses and provides us at no cost is far superior to the competitions. The best part about working at Keyes is being part of the team, we have over 100 agents and we all support and teach each other, it is a great company to work for and I enjoy it still to this day,

the keyes company is a great family owned real estate company. they truly care about their agents. I highly recommend this company for people who are realtors. the hardest part of being a realtor is getting your name out there. without clients you make no money. Learning to find business by phone calling, networking, door knocking, marketing. helping people with their goals is the best part of the business. finding them a home of their dreams or selling their homes so they can get to their new location.

- Train in new searching Engines for Real Estate - Association of Realtor of Florida 
- Call new customer . 
-Advertise , in my farm area to capture new customers .
