What is the best part of working at the company?
The commute to and from work was short.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Many of their processes were overly complicated and their demands were unrealistic.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's pretty laid back and everyone is pretty nice, however, there are gaps in structure, security and with managers being aware of processes and the detailed nature of them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts earlier than I prefer, at 7:00am, stuck behind the computer most of the day - short lunch because there's so much work to do. Required to put in overtime.

Do not keep promises they say if work hard and show initiative get hired but that does not happen. I was employeed a total of 9 months and they are ALWAYS in hiring and raise freeze. I finally notified temp agency and explained situation and they found other more honest employment. Thermoflex does not care about employees only about working you 10 to 12 hours a day getting order outand you wont miss a day but when there done with you there is no hire they only care about high up offices most dishonest company I've ever worked for.

started the day off with making sure all presses are running and that there are no new robot jobs ready to run if there are start up the new program and make sure its saved also make sure all machines are running and that there are no problems with the press if there are no problems just check the machines to see they are in running order if there are problems with processing or other things figure out the problem and fix it

    Work day at thermoflex am so excited because I  meet a lot people there.and I learned a lot things over about the management is perfect, working place culture is poor because there is a lot of discrimination and the hardest part of the job is  to teeming the surface of the carpet. And the most enjoyable part of the work is when you people are packing etc 

Management doesn’t listen to the concerns of their employees and they lack the time to talk to them and get proper feedback from their “supervisors”, hourly rates for well knowledge personnel is horrible, and they have people in positions that they aren’t fit to run.

If you are an educated person that works hard and enjoys getting things done in a day do not work here. You will end up doing EVERYTHING while upur co-workers do as little as possible. This place is all about cliques. If you enjoy gossiping, uneducated co-workers and poor management this is the place for you.

So far I am enjoying the work and my co-workers alike. This is a great place to learn, or further advance within the plastics industry. Recommends by me...

Exciting and fast paced job.  Plenty of opportunities to work with suppliers to and develop working relationships.  Ensure timely delivery of raw goods and services.

My supervisors were amazing . very attentive and taught me alot. everything i know about injection molding, thermomolding, and leadership came from working at Thermoflex

Great place to work!!! Friendly people all the way around!!! Great hours and decent pay! You couldn't ask to work for a better company. A lot of knowledge to gain and unlimited amount of opportunities!
