This company had false advertising!! When they first e-mailed me they said I would be getting $15.00 an hour. Nothing was ever said about getting paid per job! The first day we worked from 5 a.m. til 10:30 p.m. The next day we worked from 5 a.m. til 10:00 a.m. I only got paid for the flat payment of the one day! Of course you don't find that out til you get paid a week later and then you have started working the next week. I worked 17 hours the first day the first day. Of course only getting paid the flat amount. So basically until you can work your tail off and get the hours down to 8-10 hours you don't make any money. Then the hours on the computer they never tell you about to put in your expenses even the ones they pay for. At least 2 hours on the computer! Very hard work for so much time and little money when it comes to hourly wage. Wouldn't take this job unless you liked to work very hard for little money. The management is unorganized. You don't know where you are going to work on Monday until the last minute and even then you better check your email cause that could change at 7 p.m.! If you have to drive anywhere you better plan to get up very early cause they start at 5 a.m., not like they said when I was first getting hired: 8 am. Lots of negative things about this company that you don't find out til you are working for them. Oh and the process of getting hired took weeks!

I have been at TouchPoint360 almost 2 years now, and I have come to love the company, the management and my fellow employees.  
We focus on new store builds, remodels and category resets.  There are a lot of travel possibilities if that sort of thing is what you enjoy.  
The company culture is very family oriented, and management is very tuned in to the needs of the employees.  As one of the smaller merchandising companies, there is a personal touch and you have an opportunity to work with a lot of talented individuals with a lot of great ideas.  Compensation is at the higher end of the spectrum for this type of work.  I would recommend TouchPoint360 to anyone interested in reset merchandising, for both entry level and experienced merchandisers.

As with any job, stay focused while you're at work, ask questions of your Project Managers, not other employees. Lot's of ego at this place, so don't step on any toes or act above anyone. If you do what is asked of you and keep a positive attitude, you should be fine. The nepotism is very high within the company and they tend to promote who they like into manager positions, regardless of aptitude. Above all, get yourself some really good shoes, concrete is your biggest enemy.

The best thing about TouchPoint360 is their dedication to their employees and culture.  3.5 years ago when I came to the company it was such a breath of fresh air.  Companies preach about culture and what they do for their employees but TouchPoint360 practices what they preach.  We are all truly servant leaders who genuinely care for all of our employees and their welfare.  I love the fast paced environment, variety of retailers that we work with, and the service that we provide to all of our clients.  If something is broken, we fix it.  Collaboration with accounts, reps and our leads is commonplace and a daily occurrence.

This is hard merchandising work from a company that expects perfection. Most re-set/merchandising work is done in stores that are individual owned. POG's become useless as store owners demand 25-50 products not on POG be worked in.
Pay is by job...not by hour which really sucks if the job pay is for 1.5 days and the set actually takes 2-3 days.
Very little help or advice from upper management.
Promises for lot's more work to come never pan out.
And plan on traveling lot's and staying in dumpy motels.
Per diem is only $25 a day. Who can eat decent on $25 dollars a day??

Great company to work for. I have worked for numerous merchandising companies before Touchpoint,, and none of them measure up to these guys. Good pay, good people to work with, and if you love to travel... you will get your share of seeing a lot of new territory. Management is very understanding and there is much room for advancement. I have had a few of my friends and family join the Touchpoint family in the past, and they enjoyed the perks just as much as I do.

Women beware: If you aren't sleeping with, related to, or offspring of a male superior you will not advance.  I was more than qualified for the Team Lead position and inquired about it several times, but the position kept getting handed to new male employees with no experience. They do not have one female Team Lead in the entire region.  Management bad mouths and discriminates against their employees.  Not a job for the weak at heart.

This place has a great game to get you in the door. But they lack training skills to really get the most out of their employees. All leads are not the same so if you have Merchandising experience..you might utilise the skill of asking questions with each lead in every project. They have no time frame on raises. They have benefits for full time employees not part time.

Worked for three years. pay is more than most merchandising companies and mileage is very high. Lots of work sometimes more than wanted.  Leads are given rental cars and paid higher than workers. Pay is by the project and if the project is longer than expected extra pay is given to bring up to wage standards.

TouchPoint 360 has been a good company to work for.  The pay is above average.  They've always done what they told me they would and I don't have to wonder if I'll get paid or not like some companies I have worked for in the past.  I would like it if the company had more work for my area.
