Terrible place to work and nothing but a bunch of liars. you are told you have to be an independant contractor. 10-99. but then you have to work on their schedule, at their office. that is not what an independant contractor is. no raises, no benefits. they lie to you and tell you the company is in the best financial shape ever, and 2 days later they cut 2 departments.

This particular job was more customer service, and sales. The management team was very professional, and the overall company was great. The hardest part of the job was realizing that business was slow, and it affected our pay and hours. The most enjoyable part were my benefits, the ability to use your own work hours how you would like.

This job has a very fast paced environment that is very self motivated. I have learned a lot about selling from the management. It feels as though everyone is on your side in trying to help you get transactions closed and moving on to the next one.

Very low business volume for this dealer. This is a small, unstable company. Managers have a strong interest in themselves and seem to see non-managers as disposable commodities. The company is so small that it's a dead end for promotion potential.

The Sales Environment is good and Management is very helpful and approachable.   The only negative is the length of the sales cycle.  Commissions are not paid till the transaction closes and it can take a month to 6 months to close,

Must be a self-starter. Great location if feeling overwhelmed. Lots of information. Not too competitive so room for advancement and management is unlikely. Small company with big ideas.

Great group of people and overall positive work environment.  Biggest hindrance to the success of the local office is Sales Management and Sales Support.  Compensation is standard to the industry.

Great group of people and a very interesting job. The VP and GM are very supportive and assist with any difficulties personally which means a lot to prospective clients.
