What is the best part of working at the company?
My recruiter worked very hard to make things work for me. She was personable, accessible, and always on the ball. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The pay was very low. The insurance was very high. It made living very hard. It was not the rates you hear about in traveling. You were not backed by management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
At first, it seemed that it was very friendly. However, I work in an emergency department and when you work in an emergency department, it is a very competitive place. I worked at a place where the staff did not like travelers they picked on them. As a result of this, they made false accusations against me. The staff was doing very unethical things and when I made a comment about this; the staff took it upon themselves to make a false accusation against me. Once this happened, the company was no longer interested in backing me. They immediately became cold. They did not come to my defense. They did not want to believe my half of the story. When it turned out that what I was saying was the truth, and it was validated, rather than apologize for their lack of faith in me they took it upon themselves to leave me high and dry. They lacked the integrity and loyalty to their own staff member, rather than apologizing.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
my job was to work as a nurse, their job was to keep me with the opportunities to have jobs to travel to.

The company pretends to have the best interest of nurses at heart but they do not. Of course they are a major organization and are out for their bottom line. If you have an issue or problem, especially a major one while on assignment, they side with the hospital. When it turns out not to even be an issue they will then not apologize for ending your contract but will continue to send a barrage or texts, calls an emails attempting to get you on another contract. Have your own insurance and always have a backup plan if going with TNAA. Just like every other recruiter they do not have anything special, do not let them fool you into thinking they are special. Just buy your own insurance, and pick the company with the best rate. TNAA is a lot of hype and they take a lot of the bill rate and you get nothing special in exchange! 

At 6am you start to get the patients up, helping them get bathed, and eat breakfast and medicated with morning medications, transferring the patients out of bed to their wheelchair, sometimes, feeding the patient and then get them off to therapy.  These patients have to be able to tolerate 3 full hours of therapy per day.  It is a very tiring day, with physical therapy, occupational therapy and recreational therapy.  I have learned that it is not an easy life, but, these patients are very determined to become independent regardless of their handicap.  The hardest part of my job is getting close to my patients, since their stay was at least a month, and then discharging them.  This was also the most rewarding part of my job, because I see them come in totally dependent upon us, and leaving with new independence.

This was the best job I ever worked at, my team was amazing! The culture was amazing! The benefits were great. Management really cared. I was laid off, but would come back in a heartbeat if they asked! 

Company tries, good team managers (mostly), fair to poor market value pay. Semi-unlimited PTO, fair insurance, fully remote work. However SimpliFi is a sister company to TNAA and therefore any bonuses or annual merit increases are tied to TNAA's productivity and ability to meet budget projections- this has resulted in two waves of layoffs, no bonuses, and no merit increases- which, since the workforce has been decreased means you work more for not much.  And you keep working at the rate you are at unless the budget and productivity at a company you don't work at improves, the company-wide town meetings indicate it will not be any time soon.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sitting back and listen to what coworkers want with a new employee 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Open communication. There is never a moment that I couldn’t ask any one I. The office a question. If they know it, they find out. 
One of the biggest things is, there aren’t any favorites or pets. All are equal and work equally hardest 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Notify them the night before when and what you will Bedouin g to help them. A time is set then the nurse has orders from the md to carry out

Recruiters were very quick and attentive to my needs. Whole process took very little time to get me in their system and ready to start on a contract. I knew the hospital I'd be working at for the contract would have things I haven't seen before and the clinical support from TNAA was happy to provide education to me to help me prepare for my new responsibilities. I'd be checked in with frequently to make sure all was going well during my assignment. If I were to travel again I'd use this company for sure. 

The best thing about Trinity Healthcare would have to be my nursing recruiter. He has been so professional and goes beyond the call of duty and it speaks volumes to those he comes in contact with. The hardest part of my job has been the traveling back and forth so that is why I am looking for a change and want to work locally in nursing. I look forward to this new challenge in my career. The most enjoyable part of my job continues to be taking care of patients. It is a privilege and nursing continues to be my passion.

A lot of miscommunication & there is no training. Not enough attention to cultivate to if you are an outsider. 
There is NOT ever enough attention given to the staff who is in need. While I was there, there was never a boss around. 
I was promised to be given this and that, but it was given then removed. The rolls were TOO large for one person to carry, but no one dared to share. 
There was an insurmountable amount of stress and there was never enough time to catch it all in.

TNAA is a company/organization that truly cares about their employees and the clients, facilities, and communities they serve.  You feel like your input/feedback matters and are supported by other members of your team as well as management.  The culture here is unlike any other company I have ever worked.  I truly feel honored and blessed to be a part of such an AMAZING organization!
