I have been at Treyburn for many years.. It is such a beautiful, clean facility.   The employees feel more like family than coworkers.  Everyone is nice and willing to help each other when needed.  At Treyburn we work hard but also have time for some fun get togethers.  We all enjoy pot luck lunches and birthday parties.  
I also have great corporate support that are available anytime.
I love our location.  It is such a nice quiet location.  Great place to take a walk outside at lunch.  Some people think we are far out.  I don't feel that way.  You just have to come see the facility to really appreciate Treyburn.
Pay is very good and so are the benefits. 
Overall it is a Great place to work.



As a currently employee i can tell you that you will not get paid enough to do what you do. I work evening and night shift and always have 20+ patients. 

there is never enough staff and management will tell you “work with what you have”

Lord forbid you get sick or hurt they will NOT accommodate you. They expect you to do a “two person assist” alone regardless if it’ll put you or the resident at risk.

Holiday pay is not a thing. and they will tell you if they ask you to work you get an incentive bonus. You won’t.

This being my first job as a CNA I was truly traumatized. From the high school like environment to not receiving holiday pay even though I worked the holiday. The CNA’s here partake in bullying and management does nothing but choose sides with the aides that have been here longer. Your a disciplined by being removed from a unit without explanation or any type of notice. Everyone blames everyone for everything and it’s a very toxic environment

Unprofessional and unorganized 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Talking with the staff, doing a walk through the building and kitchen. Meetings, ordering and doing assessments.

The understaffing is so bad the pt ratios can be as bad as 1:40 on a bad night on the ltc side. Rehab is a hit or miss sometimes the patient ration is 1:15 or up to 1:25ish. Management sucks and they play favorites a lot. So many people have quit and they want to phase out agency people but it’s leading to understaffing 

A typical day as an CNA involves assisting residents with daily activities of living. It can be difficult at times especially when short staffed but it is always very rewarding knowing you are able to help make a difference. Great place to work. The residents are wonderful and the staff is great. The management is very supportive. The pay is Decent for beginning CNAs.

Hectic. Busy. No help. Poor management. Favoritism. DON has her sister as a cna.

If you are thinking about working here, please find another place. Management is horrible. The CNAs do the worst patient care that I’ve seen in all my years of nursing. This place is understaffed. No nurse stays long at this facility because of the horrible conditions. The benefits are worse then the patient care. Just please save yourself the headache and don’t apply. 

Majority of administration staff is awful at their job and treat whoever isn’t their “friends” terribly. Unprofessional. The facility is dirty and falling apart. The residents are wonderful and some nurses are really great but the other floor staff is lazy and entitled. There are few good aspects but mostly I wouldn’t work there.
