What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part about working for Trinity Rehab Services is the culture. Our rehab department exemplifies a fun loving, professional, compassionate culture that permeates throughout our campus.  I am honored to lead such an amazing team of clinicians. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One of the most stressful parts about working in health care at this time is being knowledgeable about insurances, coverage and reimbursement and explaining these components to patients, family members and members of my team. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is positive. Our success is looked at as a whole. We are patient centered and encourage and support one another. We are given freedom to make decisions, but support is available from leadership when needed. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As a therapy program manager I am responsible for scheduling, attending meetings, collaborating with nursing and admin, collaborating with RNACS, monitoring patient outcomes, checking insurances, treating and evaluating, running necessary reports, to ensure my department is successful and communicating with my team and upper management.

Pay is competitive to other companies but benefits are costly and productivity expectations are very high. Upper management has no regard for issues you bring to the table to make your team succeed. You're asked to do unethical things to profit the company, and at the end of the day you're nothing but an easily replaceable therapist to them. I think they have good intentions but need some upper managment cleaning. Also to note, the company they are contracted with has VERY poor employee retention from nurse aides and nurses up to management throughout most of their facilities, which causes a pessimistic work environment on a day to day basis. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Support from our team makes such a difference day to day. Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed while still providing excellent, person-centered care. The company values teamwork, communication, and growth. I’m grateful to work with such compassionate and dedicated people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive therapy company with a family atmosphere!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Reimbursement for client care. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Person centered care and excellent team support.

I've worked for trinity rehab for 2 years as a staff therapist. Here's my list of pros and cons

Pros
1. mentorship for new grads and new employees
2. ability to advance up the ladder 
3. Less busy clinics

Cons
1. Hours, their schedule is three 10 hour (treatment) days and two 5 hour (treatment) days. The long days easily become 12 hours by the time you get home.
2. Pay, severely underpaid for what is asked of you
3. Expectations, you're asked to do things for the same pay that a director would be asked to do

Great company run by therapist with a small overhead to get to the top of the company. Great response times from upper management to help with any issues that arise. They have a great customer service model and care about not only the patients but the staff who provides services. 

Working for Trinity Rehab Services was a refreshing experience from National Sized Nursing Home Rehab Providers.  
The strong sense of partnership with administrators, building staff and the clients we are privileged to provide care are center stage. 



Great co-workers to work with. Extreme lack of communication and support from higher level managers. Was promised to be provided with necessary equipment once productivity numbers were up, but this did not occur when productivity goal was met. The average day usually consisted of having too few hours or way too many hours.

Productivity and keeping an adequate caseload

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We have fun at work daily, it’s our patients favorite place in the building.

Were were a part of a wonderful team until the management changed.
DOR was not mature enough/sorely lacked in life experience to hand being a team leader; disorganized, poor communication/follow through, played favorites among staff.
Corporate exhibited poor appreciation for what their therapy team had to deal with in the facility and treated most therapists like they are highly disposable.
