The turnover rate is abysmally high due to the work environment as a whole. They're constantly bleeding workers mainly due to how management handles people around. Often times people are belittled for making minor mistakes and are often being watched like hawks by management around the place. The work they have you do is usually very tiring, and if the chance is there, you will be told whenever you do things wrong but very rarely when you are doing things right, putting morale down pretty badly. Not really worth the pay considering how you'll be physically and mentally by the end of your shift.

However getting hired is a very easy process with starting time being very quick, coworkers are very welcoming and friendly, and hours are consistent, along with chances to work on the weekends. 

Wouldn't recommend working here unless you needed money quickly and securely for a period of time.

I think this is the worst job I've ever worked yet the worst management not only it's the management terrible the people over the management is terrible this company I can't the company has lasted as long as it has the reason why they have a huge turnaround at the Chesterfield plant it's because of the management the management is horrible they do not care about their employees they treat them like  animals only people I see that last there are  weird people like that is like the worst plan I've ever seen in my life like it's crazy like the supervisor the main supervisor for second shift you're not going to get along with him so don't even apply for this job

I would not refer no one to work here unless they're working third shift second shift is terrible management is terrible they very disrespectful they talk to you any type of way they want you to work for them but don't want to compensate you for working they don't give hazardous pay but we had to work through everything we're not safe because we don't work 6 ft apart they don't provide face masks for us they don't check temperature when we enter the building and they don't enforce wearing your face Masks properly  the bathroom always nasty just like the supervisors attitudes

The supervisors are biased. This is an easy dead end job.The supervisory team here helps to breed a system of nagging, combative,  and selfishness.
The management team is presumptive of the basic abilities of many individuals, and routinely say or do just enough to antagonize a person into finding a better opportunity somewhere else.
This place is just about getting back into the workplace again.


What is the best part of working at the company?
Human resources are very understanding and they work with you production workers are good with training

Sometimes it's cool and wet and you need to come prepared to work wear your work shoes

DIVERSE but there are a lot of good people that work and very helpful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You work hard and at the end of the day you feel good about yourself and co workers

Well when I first started it was good. Hard work but all you had to do was show up which I did and I moved up quickly. But at the end of the day the company itself does not look at you like a person. They don't care if you have a family or not. When you have to work 7 days a week mandatory with 1 Sunday off a month it gets to you. The Supervisor was awesome and taught me a lot but it's the company that does not reward you for your work. Like having to do your job and other people's jobs because of being short handed.

I worked third shift which was best for me because we stayed busy the entire shift instead of dealing with the noodles. I got as many hours as I needed and sometimes more than I asked for. Leon, who was my boss at the time was very understanding. I was pregnant both times I worked there and he never put too much on me but made it to where I could work just as hard as everyone else without overworking myself.

I’m currently employed at this company I’ve been here for one year now.I was directly hired through the company
my co workers are easy going and cool to get along with.I learned more about the pasta business since it’s my first time working with food in general.I enjoy the free lunch the company provides that’s only if we go a month without injuries.The second shift supervisors are very disrespectful they’re barely training employees and the turnover rate is horrendous.

I learned how to disassemble, reassemble and sanitize. When I was employed there, they would have me train other people. Supervisors was always high or drunk, so they would have other employees essentially do their job, so they didn't pay much mind until a higher up confronts them about a problem. You can't advance in the company unless you're connected with the family or elevated in a company elsewhere.
