QA department director and their so cold 4- 5 old employees  would try to bully, talk behind the back, never trained you, deliberately try to never give you work so other feels that you are sitting idle, bully you for working extra hours. overall i can say if you want to know what is work place harassment at daily everyday i would suggest that to work here.

Very prejudice company. They often indulge in illegal activities such as hiring people without papers, no background check no and drug test (even 
 though they are pharmaceuticals) not following SOPs or GMPs, mixing separate batches to fix mess ups and more. temp employee packing sample without reading SOPs(they never trained you how to handle samples for medicine or powder sample) This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. Management often looks the other way when leads or other managers behave inappropriately. One manager purposely fired an employee. A typical day at work is stressful and overbearing, they request you to do the work of multiple people for little pay. What I learned from this company is how to be strong enough to deal with even the worst working conditions and to be thankful for the opportunity to be faced with such an obstacle. The culture there is interesting, all the workers know they are being mistreated and that what they bond with mostly. The hardest part for me was staying as long as I did. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was leaving.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. They will overwork you without a second thought, they do not promote people from within the company. Management often looks the other way when leads or other managers behave inappropriately. One manager purposely fired an employee just so he could date her, and without her knowledge of him doing so. A typical day at work is stressful and overbearing, they request you to do the work of multiple people for little pay. Most people there are making as little as $8 an hour. What I learned from this company is how to be strong enough to deal with even the worst working conditions and to be thankful for the opportunity to be faced with such an obstacle. I would not recommend working at US PharmaLab based on my experience. The work environment lacked inclusivity, and I did not feel that diversity was genuinely valued or respected.

Management often came across as unprofessional and, at times, lacked the knowledge and leadership expected for their roles. Communication was poor, and employee concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. My experience with HR was especially disappointing, as issues were not handled with the level of care or accountability I expected.

The most serious concern during my time there involved reporting inappropriate behavior by a coworker. Although an investigation was conducted, I felt that the situation was not properly addressed, and no meaningful resolution came from it.

Overall, I found the workplace to be unsupportive and, at times, disrespectful toward employees. I believe there are better environments that prioritize professionalism, accountability, and employee well-being.


It is wonderful to see so many companies stepping up to the plate to show they care for the safety and well being of employees.  US PharmaLab in North Brunswick is still open and is family run. The owners are taking care of the employees for the long term. They are keeping everyone working, but making sure they safe. They have split the company into two teams, reducing headcount for each shift to limit the amount of people in the building. They are giving more breaks to spread out people in the cafeteria and at tables. They provide an additional $65 a day to those employees who report to work and take their temperature on arrival. They clean and wipe down equipment and have separated access to different parts of the building. They are also not allowing visitors to the office until the pandemic evens out.  All non-essential employees are working from home. So proud to see what US PharmaLab is doing to help their teams during this difficult time.

I go in with one or more goals everyday based on priority. I have a checklist for the daily tasks that I made up myself. First of all take a round at manufacturing area to check what product is running. I learned to take responsibility and solve the problem. co-workers are very friendly and management is always supportive. The hardest part of the job is when find problem it's hard to investigate because investigation has to be start from the beginning but for me this is the most enjoyable part of the job because we can learn something different from this.

If your looking for an easy place to make money and not have to work that’s this is the place to be. You will not be trained or will you have any room for growth. Only positions that are available are entry level positions. In my almost 3 years of employment we did not go through one training course. Building falling apart and managements only desire is to make money and not be save or sanitary. As a former employee I would not allow my children to use any drugs made from this facility. Best of luck to you. 

This is the worse company I ever worked for. First of all, no one trains you. You have to figure it out on your own. And no one talks to you. No culture. Also it smells there. You leave the office smelling like the raw materials they manufacture. There is no work life balance. And people come in late and leave early. 

Vitamin company. These people have no idea what they're doing, they are mean to women and don't know marketing from a hole in the ground. The CEO and his son the VP of Ops almost never see eye to eye. They are also very stingy and demanding. Also, someone who tried to keep them on their toes about regulatory compliance was suddenly let go when I was there.

I received more experience. Somedays the work would be hard but other days it would be easy. I went to some overtimes on Saturdays. The  culture there was nice and enjoyable. pretty much there was nothing hard but when the machines are fast and busy it would become hard. But it was enjoyable everyday.
