Overall, my experience was mixed. The hours were consistent, the office was comfortable, and training was efficient. However, there is very little tolerance for the normal learning curve of a new role. Expectations are enforced immediately—being late once, missing call volume targets, or not aligning perfectly in group chat can lead to termination. It’s essentially zero tolerance, and even otherwise strong employees can be let go for small mistakes. This is not a development-focused environment. It’s also worth noting that the advertised pay only applies to top-performing collectors.

There is a lot of cool people here but the job sucks multiple people cheat their way up to be a top rep take peoples scheduled payments and follow up calls etc management doesn’t do anything about it one manager just sits on their phone all day the other idk what they do you’re expected to sit in a chair all day and make 300 out bound calls but god forbid you talk to your neighbor or go on your phone for a second to get away for a second
They don’t listen to anything you have to say all they care about you collecting payments because it fills their pockets 

The position they have offered does not come at all with the salary they advertise.  upon going to my interview i was told that the 60K to 100K Salary they are advertising for the position in not a salary position at all.  they pay $16 an hour and "you can make up to 100k via bonuses."  they even stated their top earners average $25 to $30 an hour.  that doesn't even add up to the LOW of 60K they are offering for the position.   STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... if they are willing to lie to you to get you into the door... I can assure you working for them will only be horrific.

Did not feel protected by management from toxic coworkers. I brought a issue to management which resulted in the company trying to fire me. I happily quit as the job was not good for my mental health. Unfair work environment, other coworkers were rewarded for doing work that was against the company rules and management was aware of this issue and continued to let things slide. Not a honest place to work.

The commission rate and pay is fine

The managers can be rude and sometimes dishonest 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Positive and amped, half the people probably on cocaine

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A very stressful day especially in mornings

Management cares and wants you to learn and is willing to listen to you and and concerns/goals. 
Company will talk about all this growth, but uses the industry "standard" to pay low wage. 
Their Customer Support job postings have a wage range, but you will never get more than $15 hourly. Other departments have bonus potential however, Retention, Collections, Sales

USAPS is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Very family oriented. They care about their employees and assure that everyone can have a great long term successful career with the company. Customer satisfaction is always the #1 priority. I couldn't be any happier to call USAPS home and look forward to continuing to grow with the company for many more years ahead.

I'm very fortunate to have the opportunity to work at usaps, the management is outstanding and give you many resources and support to succeed daily. The workplace energy is consistently positive and my coworkers are amazing as well. I never dread clocking in and the sky is the limit on the paycheck! Love this place. 

The company has no values or sympathy. I got into a car wreck a few years ago in a winter storm. Today, I am cautious about driving post winter storm. I told them I wasn't able to make it due to inclement weather. And got let go because of it, they didn't care. For they do not have no sympathy for one's safety, quite disappointed and/or dumb 

I alsolutely loved my time at USAPS. They want to see you do well and will help you to succeed. The management and coworkers made coming to work everyday fun. I only left because a move or I would probably still be there. If you work hard and grind you will see the results in your pay.
