Most stressful job I ever had. They care about sales which they should, it’s a business afterall. But they remind you constantly that if you don’t meet the quota, your out of there. I got my first sale in the first 2 weeks, again after 6 weeks so I was safe for that 2nd month but we had good salesmen fired because they didn’t get a sale in their first month which there is so much to learn that it’s hardly impossible to do so. Co-workers were great, base pay was good but I left when I made a mistake on a call and instead of bringing me into an office to talk about it, they announced it to everyone. I have never been so embarrassed. They will listen in on every call and dog you until you quit. I was told at one point the only reason I was still there was because someone liked my energy on the phone. I made 2 sales before I left and they didn’t even make good on their end for those payments. They always say that if you make a sale, you will get your cut for as long as the contract is good, no matter if your fired or leave...nope, and I doubt those contracts ended right when I left. Horrible place to work

Know what you’re getting into.  This is phone sales, and a lot of it.  It’s hard work.  Not the “backbreaking” kind but hard nonetheless.  If you’re not the type of person that can talk to anyone, make a cold call easily or negotiate / be firm with someone over the phone that you’ve never met, you might not be successful at this job.  Know that going in.  However if you can do those things, USPAY is far from a bad gig.  The people there are great, management is great, and they are understanding and will work with you through most things.  However, it IS a grind.  So know what you’re getting into.  
That said, there is a ton of room for advancement and a lot of opportunity to make good money after your first year there, and I would definitely recommend it to (the right) people.

USPAY Group advertises a big starting but this information is entirely false. They not only mislead about the salary but also exhibit poor upper management practices. The manager's lack of productivity, strict punctuality enforcement with no grace period, and constant monitoring upon arrival create a stifling atmosphere devoid of job security, as employee can be let go at a moment's notice. The expectation of making 200 calls daily raises concerns about the company's management and ethics. Failure to meet this quota results in public marking, creating a sense of wrongdoing. Choosing the Levittown office of USPAY Group can lead to regret, as many employees quickly realize! 

The management is highly approachable and invests heavily in employee training, ensuring we have the necessary tools for success. The workload and schedule are well-balanced, allowing me to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The company's focus on innovative financial technology solutions keeps the work interesting and engaging. The team-oriented approach fosters a collaborative atmosphere where everyone is willing to lend a hand.

The compensation structure is rewarding, particularly as it values hard work with uncapped growth potential. The company's focus on employee development is evident. Management dedicates significant time to training and ensuring a positive work environment. The benefits, including progressively increasing PTO, are noteworthy. The company's expansion opens up various advancement opportunities. The team, including management, is supportive, and the workplace balances seriousness with fun. Incentives, contests, and bonuses further motivate and reward our hard work.

With the team-oriented approach, challenges are tackled collectively. The sense of camaraderie within my team is remarkable, marked by a stellar work ethic and mutual support that extends beyond professional boundaries. The benefits and the progressive increase in PTO are significant perks, reflecting the company's growth and the opportunities it offers for advancement in various areas. I've found that the management is committed to equipping us with the necessary tools for success, which has been crucial in my professional development.

It is easy to get hired here. The pay is acceptable.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There are far too many issues at USPAY Group to honestly recommend it. The salary is passable, but that is the only decent aspect here. Leadership is dismissive and openly rude. Concerns are ignored, and interruptions are constant whenever employees try to speak. Behavior is hostile and immature, with frequent verbal attacks and scolding without any proper process. It becomes extremely difficult to deal with management without ending up mentally and emotionally drained.
