What is the best part of working at the company?
The residents are the best part of working at this company. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management team can be stubborn when it comes to implementing change but are there to support you after long, drawn out communications. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone, for the most part, promotes each other, and it is lovely to work with at this company—engagement from all angles to get the work done. In times of need, someone will support the staff's needs. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful but yet refilling to say it. The work is hard, but the benefits brought to the population are beyond words. The structure is here. Communication due to language barriers and cultural understanding can be challenging to make it through the day without a head he at times.

Union plaza is in an area mainly of Korean descent. Many of the patients do not speak english, although some can. Many patients are able to do for themselves, but most need assistance. I worked on the total care floor of the building. Once you've worked there, you can handle anything. There were many treatments, pressure sores, many fingersticks, many tube feedings, 2 CNA at nights. Duties include charting on every resident that may be on report for a standard amount of days, deligating tasks, treatment management, reporting to the RN supervisor, administering medications, etc. The hardest part of the job was the language barrier among residents, the most enjoyable part of the job was helpful staff.

Is a wonderful place to work and their response to patient care is very encouraging and the staff are very friendly and professional.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The job load to the staff is very heavy. Nevertheless , the staff are always ready to carry out their tasks successfully 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working environment very good and most of their patients are from the Asian speaking countries 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every day is always a busy day for the us

The experience at work was very comfortable filled with welcoming employees that took care of each other. I became experienced at filing, copying papers and taking care of the patients at the care center. The hardest part of the job was taking care of the patients and interacting with them because it was my first time taking care of elderly patients. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know the employees and patients there. By the time i left i felt as if i was already part of another family.

Working at Union Plaza has been very rewarding. The warm open environment has allowed me to gain experience in all the different departments at all levels. I have been able to learn many tricks of the trade while imparting a few of my own. I have realized that there is always something new to learn and challenges to look forward to.

I feel Limits time to do the good work daily.
I learning residents need every each time I come to work at union plaza.  We are multicultural staff and Some times, very hard for me to see lonely resident when I found but, I enjoyed to see, when resident satisfied with our service.

Union  plaza  a  beautiful  building  staffing  friendly  caring  family  like  atmosphere and very  helpful   individuals  to work with. I would   greatly appreciate the  opportunity to go  back to work with  union plaza  members.

At the begining my job was somehow difficult but once i learn from my co-worker how to deliver an efficient job, avoiding burnout, I felt confortable doing it. What i enjoy most was working with a diffirent cultures, and also working with old adults.

a typical day at woer is, me arriving on time. 
calling a lunch line, go on beark for 3:00 come back at 4:00 call the lunch line then go home at 7:00.

The people i workl with are good once we all focus on the task.

Management is okay, many fellow employees and seasoned CNAs can look out for you depending on who you work with, and despite the orientation being 1 week typically, they’re open and thorough to newcomers on the job.
