I worked here for a little over two years. When I started with the company I was very excited. Everyone was welcoming and they painted a picture in my mind that this would be my forever job. However, in the first year I found out from a coworker that you dont accrue PTO for a whole year so if you take time off you aren’t paid. If you have health insurance and work less than 30 hours because of a vacation they will triple charge you for your insurance. I ended up paying them over $300 for my insurance which I didn’t find out about until it was taken from my check. Lack of communication is a major problem. When I was hired I was told I would only have to travel to see clients every 60 days. I quickly found out that wasn’t true. It’s based on their insurance so it could be every two weeks or every month. You are expected to travel to places that were not agreed upon at the time of hire because they want cases opened and refuse to hire extra staff. I had over 80 cases that I was managing. I Expressed concerns regarding the caseload but nothing was done about it. The day to day is exhausting at times. Some nights I would not get home until 7pm because of the clients school hours. Travel reimbursements are only from office to client to office. Many times I had clients that lived 40 minutes or more from me in the opposite direction of the office and wanted a 10AM visit so I was not reimbursed for travel. The same with driving home from a client who wanted a 5pm visit and was more than 20 miles away. They do reimburse you the balance of the miles if it’s over 30. So if you drive 32 miles you get 2 miles. Big deal. The amount of wear and tear on your vehicle is not worth the .67 cents per mile. Management scrambles to get their life together right before the state comes so you’re stressed out by them asking you to complete extra tasks. They always fabricate details to make it seem like they’re listening to your concerns but nothing ever changes. There is no short term disability. Maternity pay comes from your PTO. The insurance isn’t that great. They don’t give out bonuses. You are expected to open cases right away even with a full schedule. Most cases are family to family. 90% of their HHAs are the clients parents. All visits have to be in person. Work from home is great but your accrued PTO is deducted each day you are not in the office.

We had a list of patients for whom it was necessary to find employees. It was nessessary to check medical documents of employees, their work report. Also sometimes we got calls from the patients who needed some help.
I got new experience in the Agency having people in my team and cooperating with coleagues.
Management of the company was great.
The hardest part of work was having people in the team who didn't understand their tasks completely, and so they didn't do what was demanded.
The most enjoyable part was getting more experince, working and communicating with other people

Working at Unique Aid is an occupation about taking care of people whether directly on the field or indirectly in the office and that is an inherent challenge. There are rules and regulations that must be followed and completed to make sure what's best for the patient(s) is done but this is also what makes it fulfilling a position because we are talking about the needs of people. The company has a structure of accountability and independence that allows you to achieve your working goals the way you want to as long as you achieve them. 

I have been working with this company for almost 2years and I am so happy to be part of the UNIQUE AID team.
I have started as a front desk and then promoted to a coordinator in 4 months and just straight to Account Manager in 2months after that.
In this company there is always room to grow, I strongly recomend for people to apply and work in this company.
Since I started working there,I have met only nice and friendly people from the managment to the front desk  

I call to do a transfer with my Client They didn’t care about me or My client  after we start with the company they didn’t speak clear to us ..:.Work for them for Almost a month a the hold my Paycheck because I didnt Get the Physical soon that’s against the law hold the pay but keep them working

Ive worked as a caregiver for a couple different companies. This one is really nice cus I can track my time really easy on my phone. If I have a problem I can call my manager and it usually gets fixed pretty soon. I dont need to a lot but when I come to their office they also have cute dogs there :)

Company is a joke. Gives you a case then switches and gives you a different one with short notice. You don't get paid for meet and greets and working for low wages.

Employees are extremely underpaid and overworked. Benefits are a joke. In the mean time, the CEO is riding in Luxury cars and ripping off her employees. Greed and Power is what the company all about. 

Overall I enjoyed working at Right at Home, they were accommodating work schedule but the next job had offered more pay and more clients. The hardest was traveling to office to deliver time sheets.

The supervisor is pleasant but unable to provide much clinical support. Pay is low and time card submission is through snail mail. Occasional difficulty with accurate pay on time.
