This clinical team has the strongest combined skill set of any group of RBTs I have ever worked with previously.  Their dedication to their fellow team members and their clients is truly impressive and inspiring.  The majority of the team has been with the company for years (which is nearly unheard of in this present day ABA market).  The entire team effectively communicates, collaborates and builds one another up.  They build strong and trusting clinical relationships with their families they serve and truly appear to love what they do each and every day.  
Just like all service providers within this industry, there are times when things are less than ideal...less than preferred supervisors at times due to BCBA supply and demand and periods of temporary hour reduction due to change in client needs.  Honestly it is just the nature of the business.  UTS admin responds to these concerns and communicates with team as much as possible.  The admin team truly does understand the need for income security and clinical support and is always working hard to solutions and support the entire team as much as possible.  The company is extremely appreciative of their hard working team players. While solutions may not happen as quickly as everyone wishes, or benefit 100% of the people 100% of the time they maintain an open door policy (all the way up to the CEO) and is always willing to listen to any staff concerns and potential proposed solutions.

I started this job without much knowledge of how to work and engage with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. However, after working for just a few weeks with online training and then a personal trainer for each kiddo that I worked with, the work appeared even more meaningful. It is not easy work and oftentimes each day will be different with a client's behaviors and ability to function and communicate but I think that part of the job is even more fulfilling. Unlocking the Spectrum has a wonderful support team that care about you in a significant way and desire to see your growth as well as the growth of the clients! I highly recommend working at this company, maybe perhaps not for the pay, but for the atmosphere and pride in seeing the progress day-in and day-out! The individuals truly make the company an unforgettable place.

This is a great place to better yourself in the field of ABA. They provide many opportunities to learn and grow as a new or experienced behavior therapist, or even to pursue BCBA certification. Coworkers and supervisors all communicate effectively and appropriately together to avoid any discrepancies that may occur. Management is constantly working to better our benefits and respond to inquiries or concerns quickly, and help you if there are any issues. A typical day at work is nothing but fun. You speak to your team leaders and supervisors on the regular, typically face to face to give assistance or answer questions that you may have, and then just PLAY, PLAY, PLAY! The hardest part of the job is leaving such a positive environment at the end of the day. The most enjoyable part is getting to go back the next day and be surrounded by people who all love their job and support one another.

Every day is filled with purpose as I work with children on the autism spectrum, witnessing their daily progress and milestones. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy, which is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic settings. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, especially in seeing the tangible progress of our clients. Despite the fast-paced nature of the job, the reward of seeing children develop new skills and gain confidence makes every challenge worthwhile. The training provided is comprehensive and continuously updated to help us deliver the best possible care.

Unlocking the Spectrum is somewhere that makes what some my call impossible possible for some of our clients. Whether that is teaching a client to write or say their name to helping them learn basic functional living skills such as making a bed. Now I won’t say this job is easy by any means. Thee are going to be some tough days, but at the end of it if you can find one thing to be proud of, then that’s all that matters. I’m happy I moved to Seymour and got this job.  The center has a relaxing ambience.  Really good place to practice Applied Behavior Analysis.  It’s a place where the sense of community and belonging is unparalleled.  
This company is also so generous! They’re paying a premium for my knowledge and skills.   They even gave me a bonus just for accepting their offer and they’re sponsoring all the necessary certifications so I can grow in my chosen profession.  
I enjoy the “roving” nature of the job because I get to meet a lot of people.  And I’m always happy to see the children’s progress.  Seeing them take great strides towards independence is enough reward really.
