They fired me after 2 months with no real reason. They put me in a room all by myself with no human contact. Very isolating experience. I only got to talk to other people when I needed something from them for my job.  I got no feedback on my performance at all. If you get hired whether you're a good or bad worker they won't tell you. I talked with the owners everyday for my job and they had someone who I never worked with give me the news because they know what they did was wrong and they wanted to sleep better at night. They even have a pre made email for this exact situation. So if you get hired don't get comfortable with management cause they will cut you off in an instant. They won't even let you get your stuff. They have my $60 hydro flask that I just bought inside and they locked me out so I can't even get it back. They make you sign a contract that says they can fire you for any reason at all so your position is never secured. They only give half a week of Severance pay so if you get hired start saving because they will leave you dead in the water. I passed up 2 job opportunities for this and that was the biggest mistake of my life. Had I known V2 was this ruthless, I would have walked out and took the stable job I passed for them.

Unless upper management likes you personally or you're an old friend/family... don't expect to be treated well. Won't get a raise even after years. Everything they listed that they do as a company is a lie. There's no team building gatherings, no pizza parties, no holiday parties. No one is allowed to speak to each other. The sales department have a pact mentality. They don't treat great employees well. The PTO is a joke and they absolutely don't care about whatever you have going on. They expect you to give up everything for them but will turn around and fire someone for no reason at all. Absolutely keep people who are favored even if they should've been fired.

I worked with v2 for over four years and it definetly was one of my favorite places to work, I met a lot of amazing people that have become life long friends. Everyone is friendly and the work environment is fun. Causal work wear and awesome holiday parties! On top of all that the pay is great! I miss this place and would recommend it to anyone!

There is none. They do not care about you.

The hours are trash and so are the people

There is no culture. Just cubicals

Tell lies to people. This is not a real company.

The owners are very passionate about the company and it shows. They built the house from the bottom up and are constantly involved with their employees. V2 is building an empire in the shipping industry and it is a good investment for your future working there  

It truly is a great work place!  Steady work, consistent leads, not a cold call in site!  Every employee is great, the salaries fantastic & the day goes by quick!  There's never a dull moment here at V2 logistics.  The companies growth is rapid & this is just the beginning.  I would recommend this job to anybody.

A fun laid-back place to work. Management does a good job of not micro managing. Workload is evenly and fairly distributed between all employees. Would recommend working here.

V2 Logistics is a great company to work for and the pay is great too! The office environment is relaxed, and everyone is super friendly. Each position is relatively simple. Lots of opportunity to work independently and as a team! I would definitely recommend working at V2. 

Great compensation. No micromanaging. Not too many distractions. Overall great place to work. Only thing missing is growth opportunities that give you a goal to work toward. Otherwise you just do that same tasks every day 

Management is hypocritical. Doesn’t matter how good of a worker you are they don’t care about you! This place isn’t worth it you will literally feel the negative energy as soon as you walk in. Definitely not worth the stress! Don’t walk from this place, RUN!!
