Love working here. Love the group I manage. Upper management are great. Love the environment. Enjoy working here. Look forward in coming to work everyday. Staff and patients are amazing. I have done this for 22 years. Learning experience is great. Doctors are awesome. I will definitely recommend this place as a great place to work in. Friendly, fun, educational, positive and growth environment. Love love love our HR department, they are pleasant and very helpful. I would not trade my staff for no other staff. We are a family here. Friendships are built in this organization. They make you feel welcome. Great training team. All the departments work together to keep this organization working to its best potential to keep the positive motivation going within the organization. They are flexible with their hours. Work with you through any situation. If I had to chose between working in VRC or anywhere else, I will chose VRC a thousand times over. I feel blessed to have found this amazing organization. All are welcome and all are heard. Very heart felt place. I have been working here for the past 4 years and 5 months and I don’t regret it at all. I want to thank VRC for giving me the opportunity to show my skills and show that I am able to manage a group of people which I love so very much.  Looking forward to many many many more years here at VRC. Everyone are willing to make you feel comfortable, feel at home and feel welcomed. The love that is shared amongst each department are great. 

Depending on which department you work in, you will have a different experience. The call center is AMAZING! Everyone works together and gets along great! I haven’t had the opportunity to work in any other departments, but I hear things about some people being involved in drama. I guess that’s with any job you work at. As long as you come to work to do your job and collect your check you’ll do great here. 
Overall it is a very great company to work for. They hire from within and there’s always an opportunity to get a new position. They buy us lunch quite often and for the most part everyone is super nice and friendly. I personally haven’t had any bad experiences with any of my coworkers and I highly recommend applying for this company.

Lots of FAVORITISM!!!!!!. You have girls who’s last stop on the train is this place and see nothing more for them selves. They will terrorize you on a daily finding any and every reason to attack it’s a click of mean girls. If they don’t like you they will make it so every working day is miserable for you. Management is very aware of who the culprits are and do nothing about it. They pick and choose who to punish and who suffers the consequences of their actions. The doctors are great. Management is blah when their cool and hang with the mean girls it doesn’t help. 

DO NOT WORK HERE. If you are a person looking for a job do NOT work there. If you haven’t been working there for 20 plus years like most of the other staff you are not going to be treated fairly  the favoritism in that place runs rampant. Working here feels like high school, the girls are very catty and calculated and when drama arises there is no sense in getting management involved because nothing is going to happen. Management picks and chooses who they want to punish. 

I would start work early in the morning i began as an office assistant. Doing that job i learned basic clerical work and i also learned how to schedule patients in a timely but conducive manner.I worked my way up to being an office coordinator of five different locations. From there on i saw the day to day operations of the offices and would help if they were short staffed and one location etc. The hardest part of the job was driving from queens to suffolk county in traffic. The most enjoyable part of the job was getting the job done and seeing the patients happy.

Company and Doctors really care and appreciate their employees. Benefits are great and Doctors pay into employee benefits to lower price.  Training and assistance is always available and easy to reach someone for help or answers. Hours are set so work/life balance is manageable. Company plans quarterly outings for team building and chance to meet employees from other locations. 


This company does not know how to treat employees. Work here if you want to be criticized and looked down upon instead of appreciated and valued. If you like to work endlessly and very hard for zero recognition and desire petty criticism this is the place for you. If you like a lot of drama, working with immature and unprofessional staff and are looking for management to treat you like a child then you will love working here. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The patients are great and that part is rewarding, but culture is just not good!

This is a place where you will make life long and family like connections with some amazing people and some amazing managers. The executives and doctors are a bit disconnected from the needs of the staff but they do try their best when they are pressured. It would be nice if more was done to help the staff without pressuring management. Rewarding place to work for clinical experience. I did not make this place my career but there are some who find this place to be enough for a career. I would definitely work here again if I had minimal options. 

As you walk into the work place always smiles and everyone greeted with a good morning. During the work day had small talk and interact with the doctors and supervisiors. Lunch was always upbeat and everyone friendly and talking. Everyday you always learn something.
Alot of team work between co workers weather in your department or not. 
The hardest part was the different rules and regulations needed to know about each insurance nothing with the company it self.
You enjoy working there because you felt like you were with family.
