This job was excellent. My manager was understanding, supportive, and helpful, and the compensation was phenomenal for an entry level position. I got paid during training and got large stipends whenever I worked away from home--which was most of the time. 
That's the only part about the job that is really hard to deal with; it requires traveling to client sites in other cities for months at a time. 
If you can deal with living in one state for 6 months before moving on to another state for another 6 months, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you. 

This company has a culture of milking its employees and milking its customers until they are bled dry and wizen up and finally leave. Sadly, I drank the cool-aid and was sorely disappointed when they could not meet their promises to customers and employees. The president of this company leaves it up to employees to deal with angry customers and does not return texts and emails when things get out of hand. Management is very irresponsible and does not care about employees and customers.

Validation & Engineering Group is a highly professional place to be. In a normal day everyone treat each other with the formality that you expect from a professional environment. That is the first thing you feel at fast as you get there. The most notorious thing is that that treatment do not minimize the family and care aspect of the employees. Their treat each other as family and their are always trying to make themselves better professionals.

VEG is a good company to work for if your intention is to learn of diferent manufacturing equipment. it is a company that gives service to pharmaceutical companies, therefore you will be changing sites as needed. employees have benefits, whereas contractors have a all inclusuve rate without none (no vacations days, sick, medical, or 401K). management is very professional.

It was a great company, they fostered team culture and sense of pride. Unfortunately, were not able to land long term projects that provide some stability for at least 1 year planning. I couldn’t handle not knowing where would be my next project in 3 months.

My experience was overall positive and I will work again at VEG if the opportunity for me happens again. Everyone works as one team and managers keep their trust in you. As a PM you own your working time, can work remotely and have all the necessary flexibility.

With Validation & Engineering Group I do have the opportunity to brings my knowledge and provide EHS services to pharmaceutical areas and different industries. The pay was not in the average to all the specialists  tasks that the clients request to perform, related to EHS. 

Good company and management. Excellent benefits in comparison with other companies in the area. One of the strongest regarding validation and engineering services to the pharmaceutical. Great benefits for regular employees.

The workplace culture is very innovative.  The most enjoyable part of my job is the constant changes in project execution.  Since it is a very challenging environment there are a lot of opportunities to lean new things constantly.
