Before Velosio, I didn't know what it was like to work for a company with a REAL culture. Sure the pot luck lunches and leaving 1 hour early on a holiday weekends were great but Velosio has shown me exactly what it is to feel valued, appreciated and work with like minded induvial all pulling in the same direction. 

My coworkers are smart, many industry leading professionals. My internal team is amazing, we are like a family, everyone respects one another and works together to continue to push the business forward. My manager is great and has done more for me professionally that anyone up to this point in my career. I feel valued and trusted to do my job and I know that my manager always has my back.

The benefits are amazing and include some supplemental benefits that I haven't seen at other companies that I have worked for. The time off policy is generous and the flexibility Velosio provides with being remote is unmatched. 

The company believes in a level of transparency which was noticeable right away during the first monthly town hall where different business leaders presented to ensure every employee had a good overview of how we were doing as a business and celebrate successes throughout the organization. 

I honestly can not say enough good things about Velosio, I absolutely love it here and couldn't imagine working anywhere else. 

During my time working for Velosio I was told that I could set requirements for travel to client site during COVID then gain agreement with client. The recent trip in October, as infection rates were 10x higher at the client location than where I live, I spoke with the client and multiple folks at Velosio to ensure the agreement was that I would be exposed and have contact with only four employees to complete testing & training utilizing a mini-bubble type approach.

While onsite with the client I learned that Velosio had told additional folks at client location  (outside of the 4 people as agreed) for my travels for multiple weeks before I arrived. This behavior by Velosio management resulted in a breach of the room used for the bubble, a verbal confrontation with the additional person from both inside and outside the room, physical contact with me which was only stopped when I defended my choice to not be touched by people outside of the bubble and specifically whom have regular high risk exposure in their jobs in a part of the country exploding with COVID infections. 

After I reported the breach of the bubble Velosio management explained they did not agree this is a problem.

Velosio presents itself as a company with a strong culture and values, but in my experience, the reality often didn’t align with the messaging. While there are talented individuals throughout the organization, the leadership is lacking.

Effort and dedication don’t always translate into recognition or growth, and there’s a noticeable emphasis on profitability that can sometimes overshadow the needs of employees and customers. The focus on financial outcomes often leaves little room for genuine engagement or long-term relationship building.

For those considering Velosio, it’s important to go in with clear expectations and a strong sense of personal boundaries. There are opportunities to learn and grow, but the environment may not be the right fit for everyone.

I love working at Velosio, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. 

As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, Velosio quickly implemented new safety protocols. Our health and safety came first, and I felt so lucky our company was quick and reacted the way it did. Our executive leadership team is INCREDIBLE with transparency, being here for us, and communicating to us always seems to be a priority.

I feel valued, heard, and my work means something at Velosio.

In terms of benefits, they are truly fantastic. We have an amazing PTO policy, and we are encouraged to take it. 401K with a company match and a great healthcare plan. Velosio offers multiple additional benefits including our Stay Fit program. I could go on and on, bottom line you should apply!


Typically 8am-6pm, hours depend on schedule and any travel.

Management is pro-operations and negative towards sales people, the average tenure of an ERP Salesperson is less than 2 years. 
Workplace culture is poor, and favors operation or billable resources.
The hardest part of job is working hard with minimal support form management and any wins are marginalized.
The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing you succeeded despite the organization. 

Velosio is a great place to work; I genuinely enjoy collaborating with my team every day, there are excellent opportunities for growth, great training/support resources, a dedicated career concierge team to work alongside you to help you achieve your career goals, and amazing people to collaborate with across the organization. 

Velosio has been a great place to work since the merger in January. The leadership team has done a great job of bringing two organizations together to form one unified team. The culture and benefits have continued being refined with the employees and mind and I really appreciate the monthly company calls that the executive team holds. 

The company is growing like crazy, which is great to see all of the new team members that have joined our teams.

Velosio is an exceptional place to work. Besides the growing industry, the people are really what make the company so wonderful. There is a balanced focus on individual and teamwork, and a helping hand is always available when needed. The learning experiences are different and fun, and really help people grow. Plus, the room for advancement is clearly admired at the company.

Joining Velosio during Covid was a very smooth process. The company cares for it's team members and took care to ensure that everyone has been safe during Covid. The work is challanging and the people are terrific. Incentive compensation is a plus. 

Long hours, weekends - no comp time or bonuses.  CEO curses at employees.  Low salary, no raises, 2 weeks PTO which includes sick time which should be illegal. SBS doesn't care about employees or customers..1 week severance for every year.  Never work at SBS, never hire SBS, huge mistake.
