What is the best part of working at the company?
Work-life balance is one of the stronger aspects of the role, and the quarterly bonuses are a positive addition.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
In my experience, there was a significant gap between what was communicated during the hiring process and what actually played out day to day—particularly around growth opportunities and internal mobility.

Advancement did not feel clearly defined or consistently applied. I personally observed patterns that made it difficult to understand how decisions around promotions or role changes were made, which impacted trust and long-term motivation such as people being “promoted” to positions that were never posted or given a chance to anyone else. It very much created an environment of WHO you know, not WHAT you know.

Neither the executive team nor HR was able to clearly confirm that a defined or consistent path to advancement exists within the organization.

Frequent and sudden organizational changes created a sense of instability. These shifts not only affected employees, but at times also appeared to impact the customer experience, especially when it came to communication and service consistency.

Part of the restructure was firing the Quality Manger and dispersing those responsibilities to the front line agents for no extra compensation. The communication around the manager’s departure also felt inconsistent, creating confusion and reducing trust in leadership.

A major source of stress is also the unreliable systems, which create challenges for both employees and customers and add unnecessary friction to daily work and service interactions.

When reaching out to H.R. and even managers, their responses always sound generic and written by AI which creates a sense of distance and makes it difficult to feel heard or taken seriously. 

Overall, while the company emphasizes being customer-obsessed, I did not feel the same level of consistency was applied to employee development and support. They (executives and upper management) are focused on the illusion of customer obsession that they have disregarded the well being of their own employees.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lately it has been a stressful and doubtful environment with many employees leaving both by being let go or quitting, many leaving mid shift. Workforce micromanages and lacks organizational skills. Management is good with their words so learn to read between the lines.
The workplace was characterized by close micromanagement and inconsistent decision-making, particularly around workload distribution and advancement opportunities. This created an environment where favoritism was perceived and employee input often did not feel meaningfully addressed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The day typically starts with assigned schedules, including set breaks and lunches. While roles are defined, it was common to be reassigned to other departments throughout the day to help manage workload gaps.

These shifts often seemed to come from operational challenges rather than planned support, which could make the day feel unpredictable and stressful.

The longer I work here, the more I love it. It's a company with really exciting goals that challenge everyone on each team to grow. 

Leadership provides the flexibility to do your best in and out of work, the company even provides free therapy and life coaching for employees and our family members.

The flexibility and work/life balance is super generous. I've had other jobs where I was rewarded for never taking time off. Here, it's the opposite. I'm encouraged to use my PTO and  I've been able to travel more in my 2 years here than I had in my entire life! 

But none of that beats the people that I get to work with. The company looks to hire humble, hungry, smart, and proactive people and that's exactly what you'll find here. 

If you love having the freedom to be creative, grow your skills, and make a real impact, this is THE place to be a marketer. 



I worked in their accounting department for a little over three years. The work itself was interesting and the people were friendly. But the pay wasn’t equal for the complexity and amount of work that needed to be done. I now make about $12,000 a year more than I did there and my job is quite a lot easier. I don’t think it was worth the amount of time and energy I put into it.

I had a performance reviews every three months. The first two and a half to three weeks of every month were very busy. I couldn't really use a vacation day during that time or I would risk not meeting my reconciliation deadlines. They expect a lot from you and there isn't much flexibility if you make a mistake.

We really just needed another employee on our team, but they wanted to save money instead. It just caused me to feel consistent pressure to work fast. I was experiencing burnout the whole time I worked there. Do yourself a favor and don't wear yourself out by working for them. There are plenty of other companies that will pay you more to do less work.

I would never recommend my worst of enemy to work for this company. The culture Is very catty and involves a lot of nepotism. The managers are all long time friends of the CEO or family and do not have any real skills. Management is also very unprofessional as well as the employee relationships. Nothing is ever confidential and there is no set structure for company policy or rules. Things changes on a daily bases depending on how certain managers are feeling. The work environment is horrible, stressful, and draining, there is no sense of job security and employees are always walking on egg shells just trying to keep a job. There is no honesty or integrity in of the long term employees, always made me feel uneasy. A lot of swearing and degrading speech towards employees and about customers.  No one in management takes responsibility for actions or words they say and you cant rely on them.

I really appreciate WHO I work with in addition to WHAT I do. The culture in the marketing department is fantastic and I genuinely look forward to interacting with the people I work with. 

We have a great team of smart, genuine people. No day is the same and we see the direct results and impact of our work. Here at Veracity you can come in and make a difference.

We care about our employees and promote an extremely healthy work/life balance. I have had the opportunity to see growth in the short time I've been here and we really try to create opportunities for our people.

You should work here for the people and the place. We do awesome, fun work here and are dedicated to creating a place where everyone can thrive.

Fantastic steam environment! Everyone is so helpful, understanding, and appreciative. You have the chance to work toward goals as a department, a team, and individually. Achievement is recognized weekly and you constantly have the chance to be involved with a variety of projects and tasks. Opportunities to project lead and the company invests in your learning and growth. The flexibility to work remotely combined with fantastic benefits makes this an ideal place to work! 

This company has potential to be a good workplace, but middle management doesn’t follow through on promises. No autonomy over work, no project management tools or official training, and negative reviews given without warning. Management lacks experience and leadership. Exposed to scrutiny and inconsistent directions. No goals outlined and lack of communication. Too many meetings. No sick days. You have to use PTO and if you exceed the accrual rate they will keep your paycheck.

The company has clear targets that are adapted into individual goals. It's easy to see where I & my contributions fit in achieving the overall goals of the company, which makes work very rewarding. The culture is one of support, hard (& smart) work, teamwork, collaboration, and fun. Recognizing personal efforts is always an emphasis.

I enjoyed working here for a few months. I worked in the marketing department. Some of the team members and managers were friendly and helpful. Others, were not. 

There weren’t growth opportunities, workload was heavy, and no appreciation. The good environment I thought I had joined was fake. There were special treatment for some people. The Vice President of Marketing had favorites and was disrespectful to many others on the team.  I don’t know how the other departments were. 

I do not recommend this job. The workload is too much for any one person or team and the focus is on revenue rather than proper training and employee satisfaction.
