What is the best part of working at the company?
The hours I work and it was on time based on the days I had to work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you know how to do the work and the supervisor had couldn't  do the work.that I had to do.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
ITwas ok but when you don't have any one to take your place .you have no replacement  when it come to a place we're you needed to be off and couldn't  because no one's in place for you to take time off.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was great until you needed to take off and the client  doesn't  have anyone in place for you.

A typical work day was  almost always very relaxed at wr community services. At wr community services I learned how to log in and out of the santrax type hand held computer devices. The management kind gave a little run around because if there was a problem with pay stubs of other issues the management would pass the employee from one person to the next. The work place culture seemed okay. The hardest part of the job was trying to lift patients in and out of tubs since I have a past back injury. The most enjoyable part of the job is that the employers would try and get jobs for the employees near their home.

The best part would be working and caring for people who actually are in need of services and care

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
A lot of dishonest decisions was being made couldnt give adequate amount of hours no incentive or benefits offered

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You are in the clients home and it depends on client

It’s based on your client lifestyle

Office Manage Kelly was great to work with. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The long drive from where I live to the office.

The office staff was friendly and understanding.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very pleasant, enjoyed working with the elderly in their home, providing the care they needed.

From the moment I applied, I had a great interest in the company just from the services they provide to their overall goal in helping not just those who were in need of the home care services they provide but also the families that care for them as well. Then after I met for an interview with the people behind the business, I knew this was the right place for me. They were so driven and kind hearted, you could tell this was a passion for them.

Cherri Linder is the Supervisor and will let you go without notice or reason. She’ll have someone say that she will call you and then ghost you. If you’re  have a troubling week they have no understanding and don’t care about you no matter how good of an employee you’ve been. The pay is decent compared to other home health jobs but you could be left wondering if you have a job. Corporate is no help either. 

I love the management team they are helpful and  caring not just towards the clients but to the staff and our families .I have always wanted to be in the  nursing field and help people, especially the elderly. When I was growing up I took care of my grandmother and aunt before they passed away and I loved being able to make them smile and feel good even when some days they didn't want to. I love my job

I loved working with patients with different disabilities. Some expieriences where fun exciting to see what funny thing they would do next. I loved being able to be a fun and lively companion to those whose family could care less. I loved cleaning and running errands to make sure my patient was satisfied until I returned the next day.

I enjoyed working for WR Community. The staff was caring and professional. The people I worked for in the community helped me more than I helped them because I feel our life is much more fulfilling when we can reach out and help those who are in need. I was able to spend quality time with some very interesting and wonderful people.

Good experience. I learned a lot of things from working at this agency. It broadened my horizons in order to get outside of my comfort zone. It was challenging at times where I began to think outside the box. I enjoyed working with the different people that I came in contact. It was very rewarding knowing that I was able to put a smile on someone’s face.
