I worked for WRRC for a while, this facility never had the materials needed to complete your job, patients go without meds and supplies to treat them, they admit patients who require certain supplies or extremely expensive meds and then the administrator refuses to pay for those things.. They don't use wipes to clean incontinent patients they use wash clothes And then use their washing machine to clean those same wash clothes And then use them to wash another patients face and those towels and wash clothes often come out of laundry smelling of feces. And majority of the time those supplies are not available for the entire shift. They promise sign on bonuses and then when it's time to pay them they refuse to pay them. Almost all of management is either related to or friends with the administrator and she will refuse for those individuals to be disciplined for their wrong doings. And as long as you are reporting back to the administrator and telling on others she will let you get away with everything. I have witnessed the administrator yell at a patient and tell him she would put him out if he didn't do what she wanted him to do. I also witnessed her slam her office door in another residents face because he was trying to ask her a question. This place needs to be shut down and there is a lot of questionable things going on there. State needs to come in and investigate. Corporate is aware of all of these things and their compliance line has been called over 100 times and they still won't do anything about it.

I was hired Full time and only worked 3 days before leaving. The facility is recently renovated but despite that the patient care sucks.  They are always short of help, no team work. Staff doesn’t make it easy for new hires. I’ve witnessed resident not getting fed in timely fashion. CNAs have to personally go to notify dietary of missing trays for residents whom have been there for months. Nurses and Nurse Managers are dumb and only care about a paycheck. Overheard a male nurse tell a resident that CNAs are sorry and don’t do their job. Wandering resident who goes in and out female residents room causes problems and management aware but don’t act. The Administrator manage with force and intimidation and promotes her family.

I think this facility needs a total make over starting at the top and work it's way down I have been here almost 2 years.I have stayed because of the promises of improvement which have yet to come also because the love I have for the residents who reside here.I think these residents deserve better service and I know I bring joy and laughter to a lot of their lives,if I say so myself I am a very good CNA who wants to see any facility I work in have a 5 star rating.I think this facility has a long way to go from its activities department to having the necessities it needs every day for their residents care.

The residents attend this year's Cherry Blossom festival.The Residents take Walmart trip 1st Wednesday of each month. The Residents Van took14  residents over to another ALF for a spring Bingo and BBQ. I would love to up load pictures of all the events.  This facility also host a 107 year old resident birthday party which the mayor and fox news attended. I took a promotion at another facility as a med Tech or i would still be employed. I tell you what go see your self. Awesome Activities Department that love what they do providing care for the residents.

If you are a nurse try to work for this place, I send my prayer for you. You will hardly able to find cna when you need them. They will be in the parking lot, in their car, in the store or just not in mood. Usually short staff . Most of people show up late . It is the place full of drama and gossip. So you will barely learn any new skill but will never be bored.I am not sure about current management. But, management in the past didn’t really care about helping staffs. They micromanage while they never provide practical help.Hopefully, new management are better. They have few good nurses. But, you can tell patient care is not really the priority to some nurses ( hopefully they are gone as well). 

Always working understaffed, not enough supplies if any to do your job. Management talks to you like a dog, and does not care about your well being at all. No teamwork throughout, they treated their residents poorly, call light never answered and were ignored for a long time. The food would arrive cold, and not fit for eating. The workplace culture is figure it out, no support. This place does not use wipes, you have to use the same wash clothes they bathe and wash their faces with to clean their bottom.

Mgt is terrible the Administrator is controlling try to multi task all jobs and she can't because if her attitude and nasty disposition.She hires outside friends instead of moving up the employees that are already employed there.Most of the nurses there are great , excellent CNA staff, upgrade their activity dept they do nothing with the patients that they like.Overall its a ok place But I wouldn't put my loved one there. The Administrator is a Educated Bully toward her employees She needs a in-service on customer service BAD.

Everything the residents don’t appreciate they lie

Busy ungrateful residents  always complaining about everything

I started off my career as an LPN here. You have 34 total care patients and only one CNA to help you. They expect you to also pick up the slack of the CNA plus complete your job in a timely manner. The CNA's are not properly trained and do not take direction well so your patients do not get proper care. Plus 12 hour shifts with 30 min breaks.

Assists in the assembly of meal trays utilizing the planned menus of physicians’ diet orders. Delivers meals and nourishments to designated facility locations. Assists in the preparation of food items, as directed. Handles, stores and disposes of raw and prepared food items in accordance company and facility procedures and in compliance with state and federal regulation.
