This is not just another staffing agency. There are bonuses, commissions, raises, and benefits. You just have to be hungry enough and willing to work hard. I started as a Hybrid Staffing/Sales Specialist here. I learned in a chaotic, stress filled environment but if you can't adapt, work hard, and think critically you won't succeed. You need to be able to work in an office and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Yes we have working lunches, but they provide you with food that you pick out. Yes you have to be on call after hours, but you can have a life. Most of the time it's a quick follow up email and then you're done. We're a team, here, and no one wants to see you fail. You just have to pull your weight. I have never worked somewhere that genuinely wants to know how they can help you better succeed and foster growth. The leadership I have, gets in the trenches with me and guides me, but I have to do the work to grow.

I have learned so much with this company. This job has been life changing for me and my family. The owners are amazing at providing me with the tools I need to succeed and making me feel appreciated every day! I would say the hardest part of the job is with the position I am in, I'm driving away to all offices every day. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing I am going to walk into an office and we are going to put someone to work so they can provide for their families. I could not ask for a better group of ladies to work beside of and I could not ask for a better place to work!

No work life balance. They expect you to be on call 24/7 when they don't even answer their phones half the time. Only care about money in their pockets. No room for growth. The owners are never on the same page. Horrible communication skills. Higher ups don't help with anything. Blame everything on the office staff when they do nothing to help get numbers where they need to be. HIGH turn over rate. This particular office has went through 12 employees in a year. They lie about what the job entails. 

Fantastic place to work for. Hard team work and multitasking skills are what you need to succeed and accel! There is room for advancement. Not just meaning  title but pay raises are based on experience and can be often. The more you succeed the more reward there is. Easy M-F schedule. You process people and get to know them to give them the best fit option and get your client the best fit employee. You have to have a leader mentality to make it work, but I enjoy coming to work every day! 

Offers no training, leadership. Changes policies regarding PTO, etc at a moment's notice. Promised growth but laid off due to lack of business. Doesn't pay for marketing of any kind and relies on staffing specialists to secure job orders and fill them, advertise, market, network, check in with customers etc all business operations fall on undertrained staff. Companies even avoid doing repeat business. 

I have felt very supported working there. Everyone from my managers to the CEO wanted me to improve and grow. They offered me plenty of training and consistent check ins to see how I feel. I enjoyed coming to work everyday because my coworkers were always cheering me on to keep grinding away. It’s like a family! 

This is a staffing agency.  There is no “job culture”
You might apply for a job at their office location but they have no earthly idea what actually goes on at your job or workplace, or even who your supervisor might be. 


Everyone was very friendly and found a job for me fast! It only took about 20 minutes to get registered and they asked a lot of questions but they made sure they knew what kind of job I wanted and would be a good fit for me. 

This company is a temp agency but they have plenty of different jobs and categories to choose from. There are always room for advancement in this job. As long as you work hard and are consistent then you have plenty of chances for advancement.

Horrible business practices and very unprofessional. There was nothing good about this job and the woman I worked with was a monster. My experience there was so awful,  I’ll never work for another staffing agency again.
