What is the best part of working at the company?
The only positive thing about this company is some of the people that work there are great. They sell a load of lies. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
EVERYTHING. They just toss you into your position, there is no orientation plan, they tell you a lot of lies, and treat only certain people with respect. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every man for themselves. If there’s an issue they pin it on someone else. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaos, no communication, no direction, a lot of miscommunication

Insurance provided is a joke and basically worthless and offered only to meet federal employer mandate.
They use inexperienced  people to install AC units on new jobs then expect you to correct all mess ups 
With next to nothing spent. You are used as the scape goat when things are not done to correct  problems as you advise them. Its basically a good old boys place where anyone short term has no rights


All my life I have been looking for a company that has this type of family culture.  The work we do is valued and I am impressed at the time that is taken to survey employees and get their opinions before some changes are made.  Weldon is not just a job, it's a home.  We are growing and there will be growing pains BUT I am honored to be a part of this company at this stage in it's life.

In all seriousness, best job I’ve had. Freedom to work how you need to work to get the job done. I am not a fan of the micro managing style, and I must say that if you’re doing your job properly, you have nothing to worry about when it comes to this style of managing. The leadership is confident and knows when they have an employee who is good at what they do. They let you do your thing! 

I enjoy the family atmosphere. Everyone usually works well with each other. We all have one goal in mind and that is to make Weldon the best we can be.

I have worked for Weldon for almost 2 years. They are in my "top 3" favorite jobs of my career. Very open minded and respond to ideas and opinions.

Flexible and very skilled group.

Steady work. I've been at weldon for nearly 3 years and have had no problem getting the hours needed to take care of my family, even during the covid 19 outbreak.  Just do what your paid to do and the rest will come natural. 

Service manager has a complete disregard for employees, company makes promises then does not keep them, constant repair of other areas for the company mistakes.

I learned so much dealing with HVAC work.
I really liked the people I worked with.
The best part of the job is not going to the same place everyday or every month.

Nice management however not enough work to keep FT plumbers getting their 40 hours in each week. Hated to leave them but they could not keep  plumber on since the boss was also a plumber.
