Not my first time working in a Health Center, but Probably my last. The leadership here is Ridiculous and very abrasive. They do not have any sort of training for the position at all. Unless you already know the position and software ahead of time, you are left to your own devices. During my time I was told NOT to talk to my team members unless as an absolute last resort. This included tasks that would otherwise take 30 seconds to solve. Job involved a good deal of travel. The bit of training they did give, was in the form of documents, however, what they didn't tell me is that the phraseology that the users would use to describe a problem, is not detailed at all in their documents. So the only way to learn, is to talk to teammates, which your told not to do. DOn't come here unless you have several years of experience in the Health Center field and working with EHR.

I always stayed very busy and had to multitask in my positions. Excellent customer Service was a must along with extreme patient confidentiality.  I really enjoyed the patients that I assisted through the years and being able to help make their experience a better one was very enjoyable.  I worked well with my co-worker, and worked with a great group of people. I enjoyed learning from others that had been there longer than myself. The most enjoyable part of my job was being able to assist as many people as I could and making their experience a better one, also seeing the smiles on their face. The least enjoyable part was when I left, I really missed the wonderful people that I had become familiar with during my time at this job.

What is the best part of working at the company?
No better place to work. The CEO is amazing, she is a go getter and works hard for her employees. The pay is very good and great benefits. Couldn’t ask for a better team

It’s a very busy place and can get challenging at times but staying busy makes the day go by much faster 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a busy environment but very rewarding considering the diversity of the environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I enjoy staying busy, there is always something to be done but I enjoy that. My favorite part is helping the patients. That’s basically what I do all day long is provide customer service to the patients


As someone who worked at White House Clinics, I must say my experience was far from satisfactory. The management lacks organization and communication skills, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. The workload is overwhelming, with little to no recognition for hard work. The workplace culture is toxic, with favoritism and office politics ruling the atmosphere. Additionally, the compensation and benefits package are subpar compared to industry standards. Overall, working at White House Clinics was a regrettable decision, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a fulfilling and supportive work environment.

My duties were data entry in both the medical records and billing departments.  I learned how to follow up on billing claims with providers and vendors alike as well as how to work with patients.  My co-workers were good decent folks whose main goal was to provide good care for their neighbors.  The hardest part of the job was collecting on past due medical bills from people who could not afford their medical care.  The best part of the job was working with the staff and patients at the clinic.

Working with the Financial Counselors to help patients.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Operation's management from top to middle management. COO to mangers
CEO is too involved in department's daily operations.  Her management style is Intimidation and miss trust.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Walking time bomb...operation tries to divert the attention from their teams onto others teams by blame and complaints.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful long hours 60 on average.

You stay busy at most clinics.The most enjoyable part was being with your patients and caring for them.The nice and friendly people you meet.  I did learn a lot.  There is a lot of different cultures. The hardest part of the job was leaving the people that did care; unlike most management. The hardest part of the job is when you have people that hate you. Everything you do is wrong at WHC, when in reality the company is doing it wrong you know it is right though through the state nursing programs. Company's like this one needs to be looked into more at random times.

Worked for this company for 6 years with great evaluations until the last one which was done by someone who had worked with me for 3 months. Work day included, ER/hospital phone calls, health education, health related social needs assessments, and could include providing social needs resources, car seat installments, instruction in continuous glucose monitoring, etc.

Clocking out at the end of the day.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company is not pro employee. Very hostile environment to work in.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very stressfull. Does not listen to employee input and does not respect employees. Does not keep employees informed.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A day was 10 hours of very stressful situations

Management does not care about you or your family, they only care about getting money!  You will be asked to take a picture of you thermometer if you call in saying you have a fever, or you will be asked “can someone else take care of your kid”. If you call in to take care of them.  It’s sad really.  Very toxic place to work. Not to mention they never close the clinic when road conditions are dangerous, they act like they are as important as a ER.
